It was all good. It was what I expected.

Check in was very easy, staff were all working and cleaning the whole time we were there. Room was a little humid/stuffy. But overall good stay.

I used a third party to book a king room, but when we arrived the desk person said she had to give us a room with two beds. The door to the room was hard to close. The first floor side entrance door was left unlocked for at least two hours in the morning. The room was fairly clean and the breakfast was good.

We stayed for a the state tournament champoinship. The lobby was nice and clean and he pool looked nice. One of the elevators were broken but things happen. When we got to the room, we noticed what seem to be dog hair on some of the counter tops and more on the window, dog food under the table and browned tags from clothes behind the door as if there for a while. Also the following day after cleaning service, we noticed a used what seemed to be a zen pouch (tobacco product) in the lounge chair that had not been there before. We do not use tobacco products. However, the beds and towels were super nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were dark when wanting to sleep. The air was nice and cold which we loved. The staff were AWESOME and so much fun!

The air conditioner was good. Had good water pressure. The food was good. The continental breakfast was always hot coffee 24 hours a day seven days a week they need to clean the rooms better and fix the phones and refrigerators. They barely work.

All in all, it's not a horrible place to stay.

The floor was sticky and the refrigerator stunk. Staff and lady doing breakfast was very helpful and nice. The air-conditioning was not working properly. I have always stayed here and it was great. Not this time. I think they had all new staff.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Even after talking to the manager, nothing was done to our room unless I told the person at the counter. I even told the staff what we needed on the 2nd day and that wasn't done. Piss poor attitudes and worse work ethic. By far the WORST Holiday inn express I have stayed at.

The breakfast is always good. There is eggs, meat, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Of course, there is bread - bagels, muffins, or bread. Juice, yogurt, milk, and cereal.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Pineville is a great place to stay. Staff is welcoming. Property good. However, on this trip they were stretched because of new maid staff.
