Sleep Inn & Suites Pineville - Alexandria

The room was great but we did have a small mishap but the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and corrected the issue. They offered breakfast that was actually good and they did have a pool (big bonus). This place is very much so family friendly with nice and helpful staff. My first time in Louisiana and I’m glad I stayed at this hotel, I can’t remember the young lady’s name at the front desk but she was so pleasant and nice. She made my vacation extra relaxing and worry free.

The staff was excellent, but the room floor needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was typical.

I couldn't ask for a better place the stay was great.

I had booked a 2 bed queen room ended up with the king size bed

The room and building was newly renovated. The staff was very helpful with our needs. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job with our room.

Every time I’m in town i choose to sleep at this hotel because it’s convenient for my trip check in is easy and breakfast was great i just think it’s convenient for long stays, The sheet on the bed smell sour I was tired I didn’t even bother complaining, just lay down on of the quilt , I just feel like housekeeping should care a little more i know thet smell them while making the bed. Great location .Amenities are way good it’s just always the bed 😔

Clean room, great breakfast.

I couldnt even check in early. After I booked a room the clerk told me they were full and wouldn't even look me up on the computer. I couldnt even cancel my reservation. Yall robbed me.

Pleasantly surprised. Place looked newly renovated. Staff was super sweet! Quiet room! Would definitely stay here again. Lots of places to shop nearby.

I liked the breakfast, the room location and the staff was respectful.

The elevator shakes and makes loud noises. The air wasn't working and the whole hotel had a bad smell. Our room wasn't cleaned and the bed stunk.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. great value.

The worse hotel I ever stayed! they were cockroaches, shower Courtin nasty, toilet did not work, the breakfast was a tray of French toast sticks.... Such a bad hotel
