It lives up to the Marriott name and what I expected it to be-clean and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. We went from a crappy hotel in Antioch and were relieved that this hotel was as expected. A welcome relief. Right off of the freeway but not easy to get to.

Staff was wonderful and helpful and hotel was very nice Only issue we had is the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable

The staff was not courteous. The front desk personnel, who wore braces, was discourteous, displaying no smiles or customer service. Throughout our stay, no staff member offered to clean our room; I had to request clean towels. When inquiring about the disposal of accumulated trash, the front desk staff instructed us to leave it outside our room, but no one came to collect it, and we ultimately disposed of it ourselves. The customer service was lamentable, making us feel as though we were an inconvenience.

convenience, quiet and clean beds are too low, very uncomfortable, especially for a person that needs accessibility. That was not a room for a person with disabilities. And I asked for an accessible room that was not accessible when it comes to the bed, and having too make a makeshift bed in the chair with the stool, and pillows.

It's ok, Lower price

The restaurant was nice but service wasn't good, they forgot about us and kept talking to a pair at the bar. We had to ask for the check, then she left it on the counter and walked away, and did not come back to give us a copy (took a pic of the receipt for our records). When we checked out, our room was pre-paid "so there's no charges to produce a receipt for." We corrected the person because we had charged a meal to our room - she found the food charge and still couldn't print a receipt. We still wanted a folio receipt and they offered to email it. We received the emailed receipt a couple hours later. Then the next day got a new folio receipt with an added, unexplained $20 charge. Locals told us this is a newer property so maybe the staff is still learning things.

Our toiletries was never replaced. We had Ants infestation, the responses from Staff was that it is normal. Room is cleaned every other day.

the deposit for the room use to be 50 dollars and it went up to 150 and on website still says 150 just wish i was told at check in about it they said nothing about it being a change in price really put a bad taste in my mouth won’t be staying again also a lot of kids running in the halls in the morning and night

No pool, no complimentary breakfast, took too long to come fix tv and we missed most of the USA WORLD CUP match.

Good location, right off the highway. TV was out of service for a day and a half out of my 4 day stay, room was never cleaned. Had to request clean towels and go to the front desk to retrieve myself, and trash cans were not emptied. When I went to order breakfast at the restaurant they were out of many items.

The property was nice and the staff both helpful and friendly My room was comfortable and clean My only criticism is the TV being mounted above the only desk/table area in the room so watching TV while using my laptop or snacking wasn’t practical. Part of that was also the fact that it was a very large TV which was otherwise very nice for watching from the sitting area or bed

Area Had ants in the room, floor needed to be mop. Had black bugs in the room. Tv went out for 24 hrs. Feel that we over paid for this room.

New and clean room. One staff member was rude
