I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we had a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at that time were kind, helpful, and informative regarding breakfast, parking, and other hotel details. We also found our room to be clean and comfortable, and the bed in particular was very clean and fresh-smelling, which we greatly appreciated. However, there were a few issues we encountered. In the shower, the shower head was broken, and the soap dish handle was unclean. Additionally, we experienced significant frustration with the Wi-Fi. My husband attempted to connect to the network based on the instructions provided by the front desk; however, after several attempts and multiple follow-up inquiries with staff, we were finally told on the fifth attempt that the login process differs between laptops and mobile devices. This lack of clear, comprehensive information caused unnecessary stress, especially since my husband needed the internet to work during our stay. While I would rate our stay an 8 out of 10 overall, I believe the guest experience could be greatly improved by ensuring staff provide complete Wi-Fi instructions upfront and addressing the maintenance and cleaning concerns in the bathrooms. Clean room, friendly staff, and breakfast included! It could use some repairs here and there but for the location, amenities, and price, this is our new go-to hotel whenever we come back to this area. Check-out is at noon which I love, something about having that extra hour is just nice to have lol! We stayed one night for a Rob Zombie/Marilyn Manson concert at the Toyota Pavilion at Concord, lots of other people there for same reason so we thought that was cool. The hotel is right by Jack in the box, you just walk across the parking area. Starbucks is across the street. There is a little market called Poppy available all within the same block. The a/c was nice I like it to be around 68-70 and it maintained it very well. The beds not great but ok for a night or 2. Breakfast selection; eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, toast and bagels oh and also cereal and juice machine.

Food was great! The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and nice. The key to the room wouldn’t work half the time even after switching it for new ones.

We stayed here to attend an event at the Concord Pavilion. Very clean rooms. Perfect distance from the venue. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. Fridge and microwave in our room. The bed was excellent. Pillows were fluffy. I have never had a better night's sleep in a hotel!
