The room has pungent odor when we checked in. We had to leave right away but we requested a room change. Kenny said they’ll have the carpet cleaned. Heidi wasn’t very accommodating when I called in advance to remind that we would like a room change- she said we can’t coz it should have been done when we checked in and we can’t get a refund if we move to another hotel. Asked for me to hold then she hung up. Luckily, smell was gone when we arrived few hours later. Breakfast was good for the price. Free parking so that’s good too.

Room was very clean and looked refurbished. Had a few ants here and there but no big deal. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Parking free and plenty of parking. My only downside is the pool area outside had a bit of trash around it. Kids still had fun in the pool and jacuzzi.

It has a Starbucks, Chevron gas, Jack in the Box and a mini store within walking distance. From now on I’ll be booking it on the Hilton app though. This review is for the king room. I’ve learned that these 3rd party companies train their employees to be manipulative with their costumers . I’ve used their app for so many trips and this last time was for the death of my friend and their celebration of life. I tried to change the reservation for next time and was already at the Hilton. They told me the charge would be $300 but they’d ask the front desk if they could wave the charge. I said never mind and disconnected the call. They called me back several times as I was booking another room instead. They kept harassing me for over a hour until I finally said I’d call the police if they didn’t stop calling. It turned out two rooms was a good idea. But I got that through Hilton app. Having good service is important to me. When calls include people saying the same thing to every question ( “I can have my manager explain the policy”) then you have lost my business.
