Antioch Inn and Suites

It’s a transient place for people who live there.

The bathroom is no shampoo. Ask the front desk. He said they were out of shampoo asked me to go to the local store to get some. Also told me his breakfast, but actually there were no breakfast at all.

Rooms were filthy. First room the ac didnt work , the entire room looked horrible. Front desk was nice and gave us a different room with a working ac. But tv didnt work, all the walls were filthy with splatters, dirty bedding, shower was yellow AND brown all over. The living room couch/pull out had huge stains , floors were cracked and very visibly dirty. Overall a terrible hotel. Many years past due on basic updates..

Was very very, very disappointed we booked this hotel because of the pool, but the pool was closed. My room did not have any shampoo or conditioner or extra towels. I had to ask them for it two times only brought the towels, but they said they were out of shampoo and conditioner and when we went to go get breakfast, they didn’t have any coffee cups for the coffee and next to the garbage can that was next to my room they were a lot of garbage on the floor and they didn’t pick it up for two days that we were there. I will never book this hotel again.

Cheap room but it was a bit dirty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Everything is fine just needs to fix the cable. Half the TV channels dont work. Has not been fixed yet

The elevator didn’t work the room was dirty the frig didn’t work and I couldn’t get connected to their WiFi. I asked for help but did not get any respond . Terrible place to stay, for the money I expected much more. And the room had a musty odor. And I was charged a deposit which I am still trying to get back

room was dirty no toilet paper only 1 towel had to ask for more said sorry we’re out have in mind is 2 of us staying for 3 nights room was flity pillows were made from fabric not even pillow which i slept uncomfortable to get ahold of staff i waiting 15 both times cause front desk no one was never there is a horrible experience never again

Worst hotel I have stayed in! Checked in late at night, sketchy! Room was dirty phone and tv did not work, 3 doors down the window was busted out! Would not recommend

No AC unit... Just A hole in the wall. And there's NEVER any small towels... this last time I went, neither tv worked. Staff is always helpful!

I had a horrible stay this time.

My room smelled like cigars and the shower or tv did not work i had to switch rooms twice and i was not compensated.

The bed was comfortable. The TV only gets a few channels. Some of the walls were dirty and there weren't any washcloths. The elevator smelled of urine. Would not recommend at all.

Rooms were clean and had all the stuff. But lately the television has been off...half the channels and TV is not working properly. Hopefully its fixed. Outside of that friendly staff

room was not clean food left in room bed was messed up look like somone was living in room had a really bad oder kiosk was horrible experince super long check in printed keys that did not open room also was hard to hear and understand kiosk personnal iwatched customers before me get flustrated and leave REQUESTED MY MONEY BACK I DID NOT STAY HERE ROOMS DISGUSTING!!!!

There was no breakfast our entire stay from sat morning to Monday morning and no one told us that at check-in or in between. There was no informing us about the pool and hot tub being down which is why we chose to stay here for my 5 year old. When I would call in for extra towels we waited 30 mins and had to call in again and still waited another 30 mins and my husband had to go flag down the housekeeper down the hallway. Our keys didn't work our last night and we had to get them fixed from the front counter. The trash cans had the ice bucket trash bags in them instead of the correct size. So we didn't know if they wanted us to use the smaller size bag or not. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower were empty. These are all the things I check before booking so I know what to pack for especially for my kid. We came there for family so we will be back just hope things get better because we love your location to lots of restaurants, stores and freeway access.

My room was dirty, beds weren’t done and smelled like cigarettes when I had reserved a non smoking room. I asked for another room and they stated they didn’t have any other rooms. My other family members room stunk as well. It said they had complimentary breakfast but in the morning there wasn’t anything.

The property pleasantly exceeded my expectations for the price-point offered. The property and room were clean, although the pool had an issue, everything was very nice. To add more value, the prime location Antioch Inn & Suites occupies, it is located amid a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. I will return should business bring me back that way.

Room was cleaned my only issues were the refrigerator doesn’t work / microwave you have to plug them in didn’t know that so food I purchased spoiled, shower doesn’t work great only hot water and staff is unknowledgeable I asked for early check in was told no problem got there and was told they had no rooms and had to wait for a clean one
