Antioch Inn and Suites

Staff was helpful to an extent. Tv was not working went down to talk to them about it. Said they would change us to another room waiting about a few hours. Went back down again just for them to tell us that they would change out the tvs. More hours go pass so we had to go down a again to finally getting another room. If you are coming to enjoy the breakfast from the way they show in pictures. Don’t expect much.

I will not stay here ever again the room was terrible not clean and worse of all the bed had bed bugs, my husband was the one that had it worse, the staff not friendly at all.

I sent an email to Antioch Inn directly requesting a first floor room because of my mobility limitation, At check-in they told me they didn't have one available and gave me a second floor room next to the elevator. The elevator was not working and we let the guy at the desk know. He ro did not know the elevator was not working. He then gave me a room on the first floor. He lied to me. The room itself was okay except for the air conditioning. It did not allow us to change the settings to get cooler air and the room was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. This property is in Antioch, CA and the temperature that day was in the high 90's! I will not stay there again!

I worked a 12 hrs shift before my travel started to reach Antioch. Once I did reach the Inn, having to use a kiosk that was difficult to hear was added frustration. I asked for 2 keys, when the first one appeared I didn't tug on it and it sucked it back in. Once I had both keys, I head to find my room without a reference. when I located the room, I couldn't enter with either key. Had to go back to the counter for the to reprogram the keys. Once inside, the A/C was blasting, which was nice, but the window was open. Only time I used the room was to sleep a couple nights. The breakfast was pointless! The lids for the coffee didn't even fit the cup. On the second morning, I had to come back from my room, because the key I grabbed didn't work again.

Really good and clean

Later, we discovered that the bed sheets also had blood stains, which made us believe that the room had not been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival. We have photos showing the condition of the room when it was given to us. We are requesting an explanation and an appropriate resolution, as this situation negatively affected our stay and represents a serious hygiene issue.

One of the worst experiences ever . First thing first the hotel has gone through several brand name changes so that should be a sign that bad reputation follows no matter how many brand changes one goes through. When I got to the room the room was in shambles . Broken and loose fixtures the room was missing an iron . The coffee machine was there but no coffee or cups . The hotel had three bottles of conditioner but no shampoo . Musty towels and yellow sheets . Room smelled terrible and the shower was unclean . When I complained to front desk I was told every room was full and basically put up or shut up . PLEASE SAVE UR MONEY . This place is terrible also none of the phone num anywhere on their site is valid or working

On a positive note, the location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway.

I requested as soon i got in But never got it.

Dirty rooms smells bad really bad place

We’re really bad service. All the rooms. Smiles like smoke. Some doors weren’t even working. I had to go in and change my room. Five times. Hot does not work. Not clean.

I didn’t like anything about this stay it was horrible the room I got didn’t have a lock and it smelled horrible like weed and the bathroom wouldn’t even flush

the check in process was awesome however there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the shower there was also a random shoe under the bed from a previous guest...and the room smelt very strongly of marijuana....

Upon arriving there was no one at the front desk! I think I rang the bell about 5 times and waited for more than 25 minutes for someone to come out and get me all checked in. Once I settled into my room I saw bugs on my bed. I collected two in the coffee cup and brought them down to the front desk to show them. Got a new room but even after the first room I was no longer comfortable sleeping there.

Checked in, no linens in room, walls doors and floors were all filthy. The coffee pot was not plugged in and was unable to locate outlet, staff did fix that. Staff did provided one set of linens for a 4 day stay. Found the smoke detector in a drawer with no battery, advised the front desk of this and was no fixed the whole time there. Spilled some water on floor and when wiped up with a towel, the towel was black. Coffee service was not replenished after day 1. There was no maid service while we were there for us or another room that was there with us. So linens were not refreshed, coffee service was not replenished. Shower was disgusting. floor was almost black and caulk seams were black in some areas, mold? Last day and half of stay there was no hot water. Thought about checking out and going somewhere else but couldn't afford to lose the money on this room. The staff apparently feel the canopy at the front door is their personal parking space, There were the same two vehicles parked in a manner you couldn't access the area and had to park in the lot. This is a failed Comfort Inn, the road sign still has Comfort Inn on it but the sign on the front has banner type signs stating Antioch Inn and Suites. Never again.

Initial issue with being assigned a dirty room but was quickly fixed. A/C was noisy, but overall a decent stay

The couch was stained and looked so dirty not like they even tried to clean it. They only gave us one wash cloth for two people so had to go get more. No hair dryer. The bed was pretty decent. The safe doesn’t work, smoke detector was on top of the safe. The breakfast was nothing but carbs no protein no fruit. The hot tub out with the pool was super gnarly not that I was going swimming but after looking at it I definitely was not going too. Will not recommend nor stay at again. The people giving a 10/10 are out of their minds!

We did not stay due to the activity in the parking lot and the room smelled of axe body spray pools where down and no towels followed by the tv not working. And the reviews did not help our stay as well.

This hotel is the worst and dirtiest place i have ever stayed. Ugly and outdated. Would not recommend it at all.

It’s a transient place for people who live there.
