Literally the worst hotel room we have ever had, wish we would have read the reviews!

DN NEVER AGAIN

The rooms are not cleaned properly, the fan in the bathroom was broken the shower stall needs to be replaced. There were wires hanging out where the smoke detector was supposed to be. the pool was dirty. the hotel needs updating badly.

The pool was nice The staff were rude every time I rented a room someone was broken in the room

Breakfast was minimal, coffee not that great, room cleanliness was a little below average.

Second(Room), we arrived around 3:20 pm and you can tell that the room is newly mopped or cleaned because the floor is still wet and my concern is what if my kid is very hyperactive he/she might slip or fall and injured themselves badly. Light in the entrance of the room did not work. There is a tall mirror in the room that is not fully attached to the wall one bump or hit it will fall down. No handsoap in the sink and the toilet holder is far from the toilet tmi I have to stand up to reach it. There's a residue of a green stuff beside the telephone and a screw that my kid found. Some chairs and sheets have stains and you can hear people talking outside. Third (Safety), If you are parents be very careful because the door of the hotel is direct to the pool, no fence installed.

Breakfast is a joke here , buy 7am there’s nothing left they put out some steel bread and mini bagels and packets of cream cheese and call that breakfast

Staff are nice and room is big. When you go inside the motel and elevator you will smell weed.

Nothing. I tried to book an ADA compliant room over the phone and was told I could have one, but it would cost extra. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they said the room was not available. The room was very, very dirty and had basic amenities missing like no soap dispenser in the bathroom. There were 3 1/2 sized pillows on the bed and even though we requested additional pillows, we did not receive them. The breakfast was less than basic. One cereal, stale bread, mini bagels and coffee. The staff were nice, but that did not make up for the fact that I had to kill a cockroach. We left a night early so only stayed two instead of the three nights we had paid for. Would never stay here again

Nothing Unsanitary and unsafe conditions: there were splatterings of various substances on walls, doors and head boards of beds. Mini fridge smelled of mold, microwave was heavily stained. There were holes in the doors and walls and baseboard was pulled away from wall; the shower head was coming away from wall and ceiling vent was hanging down - which was safety concern as they looked unstable enough that they could fall off and hit someone. Bathroom light switch was cracked enough to look unsafe to touch. There was black mole along areas of the shower and AC unit vent was full of debris and dark substance (possibly mold); the carpet and furniture were heavily stained. The manager was not at front desk, for several minutes, when we arrived. He proceeded to request payment even after I showed him my receipt and confirmation number; He stated a few times, while checking his computer that he didn't see anything in his system and continued to say payment was needed - then he finally saw reservation after several minutes. On the way up to room, there were several open side doors, leading outside, which was concerning due to lack of building security.

There were signs of possible roaches and/or bedbugs, which made the room feel unsafe to stay in even briefly. Multiple essential items were broken or missing: • Toilet did not have a functioning flusher • Sink was rusty and poorly maintained • Lamp was missing a lampshade • Furniture (computer chair) was damaged, ripped, and unusable This indicates a serious lack of basic maintenance. The room appeared heavily worn and neglected: • Furniture was chewed up and falling apart • Fixtures were incomplete or broken • Overall presentation did not match expected hotel standards
