It was a nice, clean and quiet place to stay in Antioch.

The staff was great and the property was really well maintained

This hotel looks like the crack hotel I would not recommending anyone to this ran down hotel First of when I got there the clerk gave me my room key so I drive to my room next thing I know I noticed a do not disturb sign on the outside door ok not thinking anything about It I go to open the door room was filthy bed not made up juice container still sitting on the dresser now I'm irritated so i go back to tell the clerk he said ok I'll give you another room ok coo he goes to show me the other room with his key ...ok so now we go back to the office he trying to make this key but for some reason it's not working ....30 min later the key finally gets made now I'm pissed cause literally took em almost. A hour to get my room and it was 1245 at night ...so now we get the key go to the room then boom. Room looked dirty we had dirty towels TV stand was dirty stained up bathroom was all nasty whatever I sucked it up stayed the night cause I was hella tired next morning I leave don't come back till 140ish am my dam room key wouldn't work in like wtf going on so now I'm pissed again go to the clerk ask him wth going on with my key he says o I thought you checked out ...he had to turn around and make me a whole nother key ....I wouldn't recommend my enemy to this motel

The receptionist was on, what seemed, like a personal phone call the whole time checking me in. She asked for my ID and card, gave it back, and then asked for them again. Clearly she was distracted. As soon as we entered the room it reeked of cigarettes. The room overall was dirty, there were ANTS in the restroom, all the sheets were STAINED, and the matress had so many yellow spots that we decided to leave. I have never seen an room in those conditions, i couldnt even SIT on the bed. We were there for less than 30 minutes. When i asked for a refund the receptionist asked why. After explaining the conditions of the room, her body language and demeanor changed. She stated that we still had to pay for the night. We there there for such a brief moment when we decided to check out and we were still expected to pay.

Location was ok Room was dirty..half used shampoo left in shower. Long black hairs on shThe soap dispenser was filthy as was the wall unit a/c. Next door neighbors partying and fighting til 4am inside and outside. Mgmt did nothing. Had to pay for ice. Breakfast was barely anything.

I didn’t stay. They stole my money and won’t give me my refund. They blocked my phone number when I was requesting to get my money back politely.

A clean and tide place, with profesional staff, private one level rooms in the middle of Antioch. Normal place for the ones looking for a night stand or bussines stays.

Area was decent, it was relatively quiet and had+no issues... Or so I thought. Front desk called to see if our rooms were ready, upon parking I noticed the door to our room was open and beds looked messy. The lady said it was still being cleaned. Went back and was given another key. Went back and the housekeeper said she had to sweep and mop. Waited about 10 minutes. She walked passed us and never said she was done. We waited about 10 more minutes and I asked if we could go in and she said in Spanish with a clear attitude “if it looks dry then go in”. My kids and I got ready for the graduation party. After showering and getting ready to put my shoes on my feet were black from the bottom. She had clearly not mopped like she said she had. The next morning after fully taking sheets off bed, I found a small sex toy. (The night before I had pulled the corners off and checked under the sheets and it looked decent to me especially since the housekeeper was apparently cleaning). I went to complain to the front desk and they informed me that the manager would be there by 10:30. I wrote everything down as I was unable to wait over an hour. Upon going back to my room the same housekeeper from the day before asked if I had complained and I said yes. The room was not properly mopped and idk if those beds were even clean or sheets reused. I showed her a picture of the “toy” and she said well maybe you rented the room? To which I was floored and said why tf would I rent a room that I’m staying in and have my kids with me? Then she continued to accuse me of leaving the room open all night and with the wind that was the reason for the floor being dirty..first of all this happened right after you apparently mopped the floor. Told her that if she had anything else to say to take it up with the manager that I would be talking to soon. Weeks later and I’m still unable to locate said manager. He’s never there when I call and I still haven’t received a call from him. Worst customer service ever!

Exceptional

The T.V was not working when we checked in. We noticed and notified them right away. The front desk person came to fix it but then we left to the store. When we came back the T.V was never fixed. When I called them, they said they were closed already and we had to wait till the next day. We checked out the next day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially with kids.

IT LOOKS REMODELED FROM A PRECIOUS STAY A FEW YEARS BACK. LOOKS VERY NICE, BEDS ARE GOOD COMFY. BATHROOM VERY NICE. HONESTLY OVERALL VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS ROOM. QUICK CHECK IN MO WAIT TIME.
