The property was immaculate and the staff was exceptional and catered to our every request

Good for overnight stay. However, we had to wait over an hour to get our room and several people loitering in the lobby and loud children who were running around unmonitored as well.

The breakfast was not the greatest. I stayed for two nights and ended up with hot rubber breakfast items both days. but besides the breakfast my stay was ok.

First time at a H2S. Very nice. Modern and updated. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Kitchenette was nice also. Only stayed a single night but I would definitely stay there again.

The room, specifically the bathroom/shower were dirty upon checking in. Otherwise the hotel was ok.

The staff at front desk were all friendly and helpful.

Excellent in every way

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was good. Bathroom had a slight mildew smell but looked pretty clean. Water was either cold or really hot with low water pressure. We only stayed one night so we made it work. Breakfast was super busy and smaller area so we skipped it.

Check in went very smoothly and our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, nice fluffy white towels and an easy walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available however we had to ask for some body lotion, and they did not provide a shower cap. Kitchenette was clean and equipped with all the essentials for quick lunch etc. Complimentary Breakfast was adequate however the area to eat was very small and tables were not cleaned between guests using them. Tables were sticky and dirty. A definite turn off.

We reported a profusely leaking showerhead and our bed frame being broken the morning after check in. They told us they would address it and never did. I reported it again and that we needed our room cleaned a couple days later. Nothing happened. Then I got a text asking how my stay was going and I reported all of the above and was told they were understaffed and got no follow up. We asked a cleaner to service our room the next day, and she did clean the room. The showerhead and bed were never fixed. No alternatives were offered.

Our first room had "used" sheets, we changed rooms. Bed linens left in the hallway over night. Breakfast bar was frequently messy and food would run out. Lobby/eating area had dishes left on tables and debris on the floor which was only cleaned when breakfast was over.

Clean spacious room, plenty of parking, convenient to stores and restaurants

Would have liked more coffee in the room.

Had a water issue whereby the water was milky, somewhat brown, and had a terrible smell. Horrible stain in the hallway which smelled of vomit and cleaning chemicals. Staff was indifferent. I checked out early.

Very pet friendly which we were really appreciated. The hotel is pretty dated. I would have liked something looking newer.
