Easy to access, friendly staff, nice facility, conveniently located. Enjoyed my stay inmensely!

Very nice property and staff

The room was spacious and quiet. Parking was easy and close to our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C was just a little difficult to manage, either too hot or too cold, but an additional or thicker comforter/blanket would have helped with this

Very large room and amenities. The staff was very helpful with some needs we had to create documents and with setting up a space to finish up some items for an anniversary party we were attending. We did not use the indoor pool, but going through that building, it appeared cloudy and there was a musty smell. With that said, I would go back there again.

Room was cleaned once for a 7 day stay. And was not cleaned very well.

Our room wasn't bad at all besides the water pressure in the shower (no different than any other hotel). There were only 4-5 handicap parking spots and they filled up quickly. Breakfast quality are the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. The eggs were watery the sausage patties tasted horrible. Now this was on a Friday. Saturday we decided to go up the street to Bob Evans. I will say the breakfast did look to be a better quality and guests were actually eating it, however we still chose to eat out. The coffee, juice breads, and make your own waffles were good. The appearance of the breakfast bar foods looked different each of the 3 mornings we were there. I guess it just depends on who is cooking that day. Other than the food, the front stsff were very friendly, and the room was quiet. I would stay there again next time I'm in Pittsburgh.

Just a great stay. Awesome breakfast. Clean and well maintained.

When we checked in and walked into the room it smelled like someone just like pooped. And then we found out it’s coming from the toilet and no matter what we did it smelled like sewage it was very unpleasant.

The breakfast was not very good. Food was cold and empty more then full.

Good for overnight stay. However, we had to wait over an hour to get our room and several people loitering in the lobby and loud children who were running around unmonitored as well.

The breakfast was not the greatest. I stayed for two nights and ended up with hot rubber breakfast items both days. but besides the breakfast my stay was ok.

First time at a H2S. Very nice. Modern and updated. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Kitchenette was nice also. Only stayed a single night but I would definitely stay there again.

The room, specifically the bathroom/shower were dirty upon checking in. Otherwise the hotel was ok.

The staff at front desk were all friendly and helpful.
