Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/Pittsford

Parking was ok. Didn’t have breakfast.

The cons: The breakfast was just ok. The chafing dish items were not hot ,nor was the served coffee. Some parts of the property could use a face lift and there were some minor problems with our room…. an intermittent motor noise in the bathroom and a bathroom light fixture that blinked like strobe.

Rooms are dated and don't feel clean. Wouldn't recommend staying here, ratings are too high.

Perfect location for my needs. Not right on a freeway but close by so less noise. A bit pricey for what is on offer Plumbing noises are insane.

I have never been in a filthier room anywhere. We had to immediately change and leave for a ceremony. I demanded a different room and got one on the return

We stayed here after a long day biking the Erie Canal. It was great! They stored our bikes for us. The room was comfortable and pristine. Breakfast was delicious.

We had to switch from 2 rooms to a 3rd pretty dirty room. It smells old and is out dated. This place needs some major TLC and updating. The TV didn’t even connected to to Disney plus like other updated Hiltons. Fail. Never will we use this location again.

We checked into this hotel after having to check out early from another sue to that place having now hot water. This property we checked in after was amazing!

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds but they didn’t have one when we arrived They put us in a room with a king bed and a roll away that barely fit in the room so there was not walking space

They allowed us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated as we arrived early from out of town for a celebration of life for a dear friend. No complaints

Our carpet was wet because of the air conditioner. We asked to be moved and took several e-mails for them to do it! They were offering towels and a fan to accommodate us. They said there were no rooms available. We know there were not been honest because we listened in the lobby them giving rooms to walk ins. We explain to them that It was not safe ti be breathing the air in the wet room do to mold under the carpets

Manee she managed and solved my problems just before I get to the hotel and she makes my stay as perfect as I never imagined. Thank you Hilton management team for hiring people like Manee she deserves a higher position and pay increase.

Staff was useless, wrong room provided, room services that was paid for were not provided nor a refund issued.
