Nice resort - had a great experience
-
Loved the staff Our room smelled like a dog had urinated and the smell was terrible
-
On top of this I was hit with a $16 "resort" fee upon check in. It's not the actual dollar amount that was disappointing but the unexpected add on. Hotels.com, all fees included, you may want to look into that ridiculous charge. I suggest you scroll past this listing and find yourself a different place to stay.

Good overall experience, rooms are dated and the ceiling had water damage and discoloration paint was peeling

Enjoyed a ladies trip weekend getaway. Great location, unexpectedly lovely views, nice accommodations. Johanna at check in was very kind and helpful and it was great that they honored an early check in request even though they seemed quite full with a big wedding.

Things were just ok

Rooms were so outdated for a hotel and spa -

Took 45+ minutes to check in at 330...one room not ready, both rooms delayed due to "third party booking". $30++ added after we prepaid, for "local fees". Property is nice, but needs maintenance. Our room had no place to sit except a desk chair, and the sink was a freestanding sink with no room to place even a toothbrush on a counter except outside the bathroom. Was told we had a "wheelchair accessible room" - which we did not request.
-
I could not sleep till 1 am as there was huge noise nearby the wedding happening in the property. Did not expect that you could not maintain a quite hours. Really disappointed.

We have stayed here many times but it’s been a couple years. We stayed 3 nights. The first room we had there was a screw driver left by maintenance on the bathroom sink and the phone didn’t work to call down or to order room service. They switched rooms for us and it was one floor up and just as bad. Every unit has wall ac units like you would get at an airport best western. And they are just as loud as you would think. Also the bathroom fan never goes off and is just as loud so you are getting it from both sides of the room. There was a wedding going on our last night and even being on the 5th floor it was like they were in the room with us until around 2am. The lobby and restaurant are nice and the food was good and the beds were comfortable. Just a super outdated hotel with no frills but you are paying top dollar around 300 plus a night, and for that area it’s a big ask. Def will not be returning next month on another trip.

There's a ping pong table and that's all we did in that property. Not worth the price they charge. Breakfast at the restaurant was good too.

The hotel was so dirty. Hot tub was scorching hot could not even put a foot in. Pool was very dirty. Floors in the hallways clearly hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Staff at the front desk were great and gave us a full refund but I would not recommend staying here it is not worth the price. The pictures posted on Expedia are not recent pictures from the hotel they are mostly pictures from the spa. We did go to the spa and it was a fully different experience. Very very clean, helpful staff, very relaxing and 10/10 would go again.

Hotel and room were clean. The only problems was the small things . I ordered a small microwave to the room and they delivered it and dirty with dried stuff on the microwave table inside the bathroom. There was only two small packages for a shower cap and that was it only two small cups for a bedroom that holds four people it seems like they were tight on a budget.

All was great and we enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived at the hotel there was. No one in the front desk to check in we had to wait we got our room but as soon as we walk in I was able to smell in the room like a wet towel that was left in the washer for days we had a great view from the room my kids and I wanted to use the pool and it was close the dinning experience was great on the food but little over price overall we had to leave to a different hotel the next day the smell in the room was uncomfortable

I never like to be negative…but this property used to be one of the premier properties in the region. Sadly it’s really showing its age… not only in the public spaces but the rooms have definitely seen better days. The grounds are well maintained but the whole place seems to say it peaked 20 years ago. It’s time to shut it down, gut it, refresh, remodel and let her shine again…. It’s going to be a huge expense no doubt ….

Very dated inside. Room smelled musty. Molding was coming loose. Staff not professional
