Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor

We checked in to this hotel though cause it had a hot tub that we needed bad. The hot tub was on the fritz and was inhabited with underage kids both days. That needs to be monitored and done away with. Jerusalem Cruisers in the dining area is atrocious. Shoes with enclosed toes and heels is preferred. This is not Walmart nor is it your house. Be courteous of others and ditch the hooker heels and flip flops.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Only one thing… carpet felt a little sticky, but may have been related to humidity lately. Just wore flip-flops, otherwise a nice place that I would come back to.

Easy late check in- just stayed as passing through.

Nothing great. It was just adequate. Hot tub was broken. Bathroom was not updated and the tub really needed an update,

I removed a star because the bed was S0 hard and the pillows were scant and lumpy. The continuous fan option on the ac was broken so it kept turning on and off during the night, which was disruptive. Not a great nights sleep. Still, I might stay here again if I brought my own pillows.

Id definitely recommend and I will stay there again. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in.

Check in is 3pm, however we couldn’t get into our room till 4;45 because the room wasn’t ready. Room was clean, but they should lay off the cleaning/perfumed odor spray. It was so strong a family member had an asthma attack. Having n extra blanket in the room would be nice too. Our stay was okay, close to the Mall and other sites.

The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the hot tube was out of order but the heated pool was a great temperature. The gym equipment was a good setup on great condition.

The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were clean. Excellent place to stay because there's so many things restaurant included around your area. We were able to walk and didn't have to drive and able to have a fantastic time.

The room was very clean. Front desk staff very friendly. I needed to add my Hilton Honors membership number and they were very accommodating.

Overall, we were very pleased with the size of the suite and all the amenities.

Very pet friendly! Stayed on the way to our final destination and the way back home! Was a great pick. Very quiet!

The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is great especially the waffle maker.
