Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites

There was a large amount of dust on top of our fridge and areas behind tv etc. The pool was refreshing but small, we found a nasty spider and a fly in it and if there are kids in it the room echos so loud that we had to leave. Staff was awesome but breakfast left a bit to be desired. Eggs were made with what tasted like a whole cup of salt and there wasn’t a lot to choose from. Just eggs and hash, bananas and waffles. No cereal or anything. But for the price I’d stay again!

Hotel had everything you need for a quick stay. Pool is small. Strong mildew smell on first floor when you first walk in and throughout the floor. Room was clean but could use updates on the decor and bed mattress. Breakfast staff, specifically Joe, were extremely helpful and kind.

Bath room was too small for my wife and knee scooter to get into, front door did not lock.

Reception service did not make us feel welcomed upon arrival. Sound proof between rooms was not good as we could hear next door people watching TV whole night. Close to gas station and in quiet area.

Our check in was terrible. We arrived around 10pm and were given a room that wasn’t cleaned and then told they were booked solid and had no other room for us however there were still folks checking in while we had to wait for ours to be cleaned? Other than that experience the hotel, location and staff were great.

It has swimming pool which is a plus. The breakfast was awesome with helpful and nice staff. The parking is free and convenient. It was definitely a great experience for family with kids.

We stayed for one night… Excellent location right off I 90… Even though we had a room next to the elevator our room was very quiet. Would recommend to other travelers passing through…

Hotel clean and good location

Everything and grandpa Joe made the stay feel like I was at home with family will miss him and definitely be back Nothing everyone and everything was great

How clean and organized it was Booking.com messed up the payment and the staff was extremely rude about it. I had to bring my boyfriend in to talk to him because he was being so nasty to me but super polite to him for absolutely no reason.

We even witnessed the breakfast attendant Joe scooping ice cream (an off-menu item!) onto the hotel waffles for some of the younger guests! He called them "Grampa Waffles" and told us all that "when you stay here, you're treated like family". It made us smile so kudos to Joe for going above and beyond!

I arrived later at night which was not an issue. Room was ready and clean. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the stay.

Great location and ease of access.

The staff was all very considerate.

Staff is great, when they say "pet friendly ", they mean it. Best breakfast of any motel we've stayed at in years. Always our first choice any time we visit the area.

All great. We stayed at several BW+ units on our trip and are very pleased.

There were times when no one was at the front desk and the lights weren’t on. There is only housekeeping upon request. And of course, you’re asked to choose not to wash towels every day(which I’m happy to accommodate). The person in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of choices for breakfast, but it was not as appealing as other hotel chains we’ve stayed at. Every bakery item in the breakfast bar was pre-packaged; the coffee was from a machine which offered many choices, but the black coffee and cappuccino weren’t very good. There were eggs and sausage and chopped ham with tortillas but I didn’t have them. Yogurt and waffle mix from a machine, cereal, instant oatmeal… Our last stay at a Beat Western was pleasant but it was a while ago. As a result of this experience, I would not choose to stay at a Best Western again.

Great place to stay. Updated, clean, great beds and pillows, good value…will stay here again.
