Lobby was nice and everything was very clean. Our room was a great size but did have a wet dog smell to it. The walls must be very thin because we could hear conversations of both of our neighbors at 7am, which was unpleasant. breakfast wasn’t awesome, but the gentleman doing the breakfast was very helpful with our little one and found him things to eat, which was so sweet and greatly appreciated!!! Pool was clean and very nice, a little small.

I had a jacuzzi in my room and complimentary breakfast, what more could I ask for? It’s a little out of the way if you’re here to do sightseeing in Rochester, but it’s not really THAT far either.

Stayed here with my wife while taking a short break away. Check in and out were easy. A great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was clean along with the entire hotel. We never used the pool but it did look nice. We never took advantage of the free breakfast either but it looked sufficient for a light breakfast on the fly. The only complaint I would have would be the beds, which were quite firm for our liking. Usually Best Western has great beds. Maybe we were just late in the rotation of old to new mattresses. We slept fine though in this quiet location. Shower pressure was more than adequate. I would stay here again as the value factor was there.

Excellent location, clean, quiet The beds were a bit hard for our liking. The first morning the eggs and sausage were cold on the breakfast buffet. The second morning they were better.

Easy to find/ask for info, clean, Only way into hotel was through main door. Would have been more convenient to pick up/drop off my companion and things and get my significant other settled while I had to pick up items, but, Key card would not open door.

Excellent stay. Large, clean room and facilities. The staff helped us find a great local restaurant.
