Room was great! Amenities including the pool/spa were great! Would stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone

Comfortable room, good beds great shower in a nature setting thus a perfect hotel Five Stars!

The whole staff was wonderful. The before hand was a night mare. Because of one person having a bad day. My entire trip was cancelled ever after I emailed them and texted them. you really need to improve your customer experience. Before you cancel a person trip. Call them, text them. Older people don't understand all the techy stuff. They checked us in and said they would go after the online travel company for the money. this online travel company really needs to improve the customer service agents that don't have a heavy accent and speaking clear English.

The outside doors on side of building slam so make sure if you book here you get a top floor and nothing near side entrances

Great stay. Absolutely no issues. Second time staying here and never disappointed

The pool wasn’t cleaned nor was it heated so we weren’t able to use it. The housekeeping only comes by every 4th day but they never came by. The breakfast buffet didn’t change up much but the food was just ok. I had higher expectations seeing as how it was a Hilton. The bed was not as comfy as they have been in the past.

The shower was not clean enough. Rust and cracked moldings. Time to redo those showers

The reception staff and the person that’s checked me out were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was hot, plentiful and delicious. It was also available for a good length of time. The position of the TV which was difficult to watch from where it was placed.

The showers we old and rusty. They need an update.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities in the room. We even had a personalized welcome message on the tv in the room. Great stay!

We booked 4 rooms for my 50th birthday and I really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere but was very disappointed that I was told the evening before we arrived that the hotel tub and pool were in working order which is a big reason we chose this location. Upon arrival the when going to the pool and getting in the hot tub it was cold because we were never told even at check in that there was no heating element and they were waiting for a part and we should have been told.

Room is large. Had previously stayed here and was excellent. This stay was not. Shower stall had moldy caulk all the way around. Shower doors had to be lifted on the outside to get in and out. Biggest issue was infestation of ants and flying ants. Absolutely disgusting. No food eaten in the room during our stay.

We found the staff to be incredibly friendly. The woman at the front desk.Was especially helpful. While we were there, we also watched the same woman continually working by keeping the kitchen area clean and being helpful over there. The woman who was taking care of breakfast was awesome. Doing a great job. The room itself was really nice. It would have been nice to have a little bit more storage to put our clothing into

Disappointing

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Homewood Suites. Check in was easy and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The food and service were good. We would definitely stay there if we are in the area again.
