Food and staff were amazing! The air-conditioning was great! And the room was very clean!

All in all very friendly and helpful staff. 5/5 recommendations.

Our first room of the night was dirty, hairs in the beds and mirror in the bathroom was not clean. The second room of the night smelled horrible. The bathroom was covered in mold as well as the window sill by the AC, with dead bugs on the sill as well. The third and last room of the night was not what we had booked at all, had to take out the chairs and roll in 3 cots to make a regular size bed. The floors had not been vacuumed. None of the mini fridges in any of the rooms had been cleaned and all had mold in them. Every wall in the hall ways has the dry wall exposed and it smells awful. The area with the pool smelled awful too. Not like chlorine, like something dirty and musty. I will never stay here again and I urge other travelers to stay elsewhere.

not a bad place to stay price was good could use a little more work around hotel but all in all was good only slept there was gone to casino the whole days anyway

Didn’t know there was renovations being done. Plus our rooms smelled like cigarettes and the AC was bad

Clean room nice staff

clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, the only thing i didnt like was that they have a pet fee but it wasn't mentioned at the website.

I would book again. Staff were super nice and greeted me. I did not have an issues with anything.

There were crumbs on the bed, hair in the shower, the pillows made my neck scream in pain when I woke up after the few hours of sleep I got from screaming next door guests. We were never offered a new room nor did they make the others move after 2 calls and them still screaming at 3 am

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They have gone above and beyond to help us get the things we need.

Honestly, place was disgusting. Dead bugs all over the carpet in the room. Horrible smells in the hallways, lobby, elevator, and room. Stains all over the bathroom, trash left from previous visitors in the room. Closed off more than half of the parking lot on a July 4th weekend so parking was atrocious and wasn’t communicated to people booking. Jacked up holiday prices, to stay in a gross place.

mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean.
