Honestly, place was disgusting. Dead bugs all over the carpet in the room. Horrible smells in the hallways, lobby, elevator, and room. Stains all over the bathroom, trash left from previous visitors in the room. Closed off more than half of the parking lot on a July 4th weekend so parking was atrocious and wasn’t communicated to people booking. Jacked up holiday prices, to stay in a gross place.

Property was very clean and breakfast was amazing

Room was cleaned once in 6 days

mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not.

Clean very well maintain

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean.

I had called a head of time twice to verify we could check in at noon due to the fact we had a wedding and needed to get ready. I was told that would be fine and I just had to pay a $30 fee. I arrive at noon and the gentleman who I’m fairly certain is the one I spoke to both times told me it was 1pm. I said no, we spoke and you said 12 and then he finally agreed. The bathroom sink handle was barely attached. The room was dusty. The bed was lumpy. All and all just a very mediocre stay but did the trick for what we needed.

I really like the staff. They make us feel very welcome and they are courteous. The rooms are at a reasonable rate too

The staff are courteous and friendly. They make sure things are ok. The hotel has easy access to the highway. Breakfast is ok. The rooms are at reasonable price. I keep coming back because it is a really good place to stay!

cons: the TV didn’t work, a lamp was missing a bulb so we had to request that stuff. walls are thin. there is no light by the couch. there was no housekeeping for my 2 night stay. apparently housekeeping is only for days more than a certain amount of time.

Room was okay. I requested a non-smoking room. Room smelled like smoke. Reported to hotel front desk staff. Breakfast was okay.

Staff was great, room was very clean

Room was comfortable and we loved the jacuzzi...however the pool had visible bugs floating on top so we passed on that..but did mention to staff and by the time we came back from dinner is was all cleaned so we were able to enjoy it. For a one night cheap stay for a rainy Memorial weekend it was ok.

The lady morning we only had a hand towel to use. NO hairdryer. Have stayed at many hotels and this is the first one with no hairdryer!! Coffee was available only in a small cup. My husband had to repeatedly go downstairs for a refill. The many times we went in and out there was no one at the front desk. Not a very good security situation. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and will not in the future.

While we able to check-in early, upon arrival we had to call for the desk attendant. No one was at the desk most of the time, but I also belive the whole place was being staffed by one individual. Our room's cleanliness needed to be much improved. We arrived to no towels, and after asking at the desk three times, we finally got towels the following morning. Many surfaces were quite dusty, the bathroom grout/shower had soap scum build up and mold, and hair dryer was unusable. The beds were decently comfortable, but covered by a "duvet" created with two flat sheets with a thin blanket in between. The continental breakfast was subpar with minimal options, and the area itself was not kept very clean throughout the morning.

The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.
