Quality Inn Plainfield I-395

Pool was advertised but closed. Room was a total mess. there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, TV wouldn't turn on, the bathtub was absolutely disgusting and the light in there didn't work unless you turned on the mirror. If it wasn't for the fact that we were only staying one night to drive the rest of the way back home I would've absolutely asked to switch rooms. Bathroom door also wouldn't close. I took a video but won't let me upload it

Great location off interstate with lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is well maintained with comfortable rooms. Breakfast is simple but good options. Staff is excellent-helpful and friendly. Price is unbeatable.

Good place to stay. Everyone very nice.

Was traveling for business and we have stayed here multiple times and have been very pleased with everything.

I do not recommend this hotel; the staff provides poor service, the bathrooms were clogged, and the TV remote didn't work at all—it was completely useless.

The bed was bumpy, and also the pillows, they never in the three days to stay, made the bed or change the pillows, clean the room, not even empty the garbage in the trashcan. The breakfast didn’t have felt fresh, the coffee tasted burnt, and the pastries were old

Will not stay here again. Asked for no maid servicr on 2 day stay, did not receive new towels or maid service but did absolutely have someone go through our room and our things. Used our bathroom and microwave. Very obvious signs of someone being in the room. Items were removed from suitcase but left near it. It doesn't appear that anything was stolen. When reported, got a shrug of shoulders and "I'll tell the manager in the morning, i guess."

We dropped our things and went to our scheduled event when we came back. I told the kid at the counter about the smell and he said I’ll tell housekeeping which really didn’t help us, but we stayed in the room anyway in the morning. I reiterated my complaint and he said yes, yes no apology. No, can I do something to make things better for you when I got home and emptied our overnight bags everything smelled like stale cigarettes, very disappointed, very upset and the fact that you get a no smoking facility and it stinks obviously won’t be going there ever again.

The staff were very polite, the room was clean and it was very comfortable to stay there for 4 nights.

This room was disguising and the toilet seat was broken. The bed had stains on it I never had such an awful experience like this!
