Very nice property with lovely staff!

We did a weekend trip with our children who are 6 and under and I have 0 complaints. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area or planning activities downtown Indianapolis. Helpful and kind staff from the front desk to the kind workers in housekeeping and the dining staff.

Very clean the staff professional .

The hotel was very nice and clean throughout. The room was spacious for my family. I like how their was a separate living room area away from the bedroom area. My only complaint is the time period of the breakfast on weekends. When we checked in, we were told breakfast is from 6:30 until 9:30 am. This was true for Friday morning, however, when we came down at 6:30 on Sat morning we found out that breakfast starts at 7:30 on weekends. We were in town for a cheer competition and had to be at the venue by 8:15 am. The 6:30 breakfast time on Fri worked great, but we had to be out the door on Sat before breakfast was ready. I like booking hotels that offer breakfast when traveling because it's one less thing to worry about, however, they didn't serve it early enough to accommodate an athlete's early schedule. I do not have any complaints about the breakfast food served, just the timing.

This was the prettiest hotel I have been to. It’s so clean like I could see my reflection in the floor! The staff were amazing helpful kind and caring!! The rooms were great everything was well taken care of and comfortable! The breakfast oh my goodness that was amazing!!! I would travel to this hotel again just for the stay! Great job guys well done keep up the hard work!!!

My daughter and I stayed one night to visit Purdue. This was definitely the nicest Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Best of all, the room was super clean and had NO CARPET! I love that! I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location being right off of the interstate. Came with family of 5 including a baby. Had Excellent breakfast, comfy beds, enjoyed the complimentary drinks! 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Love the hotel and everything started out great until my mother 82 years old noticed an ant crawling in her bed. 1 ant no problem but she saw another and we let that go. A few ants in the bathroom. The next morning there were lots of ants by the wall. I told the front desk and the lady moved us next door. I was out of the room all day Saturday, but when I got up Sunday morning the ants had made their way next door and were in the bathroom. I was checking out so I said whatever. I am sure they moved me next door so that I would not have to move my mom and grandchildren far. The front desk clerk came to the first room and saw it was not messy or food and beverages all over. All the chips were closed up and any other items were in plastic zip lock bags. Maybe it was that time of year not sure, but they need to get that taken care of ASAP. I had my proof and recorded a video. Breakfast was good, the bar was very nice and staff were accomodating, but ants in the bed and all over the room....not so good.

Miss the atrarium. The rooms aren’t suits anymore. Sliding door on bathroom, would prefer a door that closes and locks

The rooms are smaller than expected, but they are nice and well-maintained. My room was very clean and we had plenty of towels and other items that we would need for our short stay. One challenge was the tv remote the tv. Intermittently, the television would shut off or return to the home screen, and at times, the tv would not respond to the remote at all. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
