Spark by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis

Convenient location, friendly and courteous staff, clean and comfortable N/A

Clean and quiet N/A

The hotel was very clean. Staff was inviting. The bed and the breakfast missed the mark. You can tell the mattress was old because you can hear and feel the springs. The breakfast wasn't good. There wasn't no healthy hot food only cereal, sweetened oatmeal packs and bagels. So basically just sugar and carbs.

Breakfast was very limited.

Good! More nuts for breakfast

Well located property, but only got 1 towel in our bathroom, plus breakfast was only cereal and pastries -- so a bit of a disappointed for what we paid for the room.

Sta

Nice place to stay on a long cross country drive. Doors aren't very soundproof, so heard doors shutting loudly a number of times in the night, but other than that, a good value for a clean, safe place to stay..

Breakfast was very limited.

The pool felt amazing!!!

Superb

I stayed in a king suite which was still less expensive by almost $100 vs the other hotels near by. Especially if you need to work, or have a family or just space to spread out, this was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Figured as a lower price option the pillows and bed would just be ok, but the bed was as good as you could expect. Great amenities for the cost including an indoor pool. Breakfast is free but its just a cold breakfast, yet perfectly fine for me. Will stop here again for sure.

Very noisy people there should be signs saying quiet in the hallway

I liked the location and our stay

Room was clean and bright. Fairly new hotel. Smelled good when you entered the building. It is a pet-friendly hotel, but we did not take ours with us this trip. Parking is close and well-lit. Very safe area, close to dining and shopping. Beds were comfortable, and had a fluffy mattress cover that let you kind of sink in when you laid down. My only real complaints were they charge you $25.00 when you check in for incidentals that you aren't told about beforehand. This is supposedly returned to you when you leave. My other complaint is, when we checked out, we did not receive a receipt. I was told a receipt would be emailed, but we did not receive it. So, in effect, I don't know if the $25.00 was refunded or not.

The room was a nice size and clean but no drawers to put clothes in so you have to live out of your suitcase.

Disappointing

It was fairly clean, staff were nice. People park and take multiple spots so hard to find parking. Was sleeping near pool and people were coming in and out slamming doors and being loud until 2 am. No ventilation in the bathrooms so smelled like mildew and mold. Only served fruit, bagels, and yogurt.
