Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Airport/Plainfield

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious, clean, no smells, and away from the elevator area. The only problem with room 108 was that it had black mold on the ceiling over the bath tub from a previous leak from the room above. I kept the bathroom door closed so I wouldn’t inhale the mold as I slept. I did let the front desk know.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Fitness center was closed due to remodeling. Nice Place

Love the location to the airport. Rooms are fantastic: love the pool.

Remodel was underway, there was a lot of lost parking spots in the rear due to all the containers for project.

The room was large, Our family was able to spread out. The Hotel was clean and very nice. The cookies were an extra touch. The kids loved them. The breakfast was great. The beds were hard and the water pressure wasn't the greatest. But overall a great hotel.

The staff (besides the manager) was accommodating and helped as much as they could. The renovations were not communicated. It was nice to be able to use the other hotel pools but absolutely inconvenient. We booked our extended stay because of your pool option. Our room didn’t have working tv’s or a working garbage disposal. There were no phones in the room so we had to walk down every time our keys didn’t work. There was no safe to use for our valuables. The spoons were sharper than the knives on our kitchenette. There wasn’t enough staff to handle all of the guest needs and we had more than once that we requested assistance that didn’t come (getting 2 more chairs for our room - I asked again and ZaZa made it happen), lighting the outside fire-pit. We saw the cleaning crew coming so we turned in our room keys early at check out so she could start cleaning. We went down to the lobby and played cards for a few hours before departing. We asked the male manager if there was a bathroom in the lobby area to be used and he simply said, nope…. It’s being renovated. Nothing more. Very disappointing after the far from expected experience we had hoped for.

Overall, pretty happy with the stay and hotel.

While the staff members were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, I was disappointed by several aspects of my experience. First, I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. During breakfast, the lobby and front desk walls were being sanded, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, I found the guest rooms to be dated and worn. Given the high rates charged for the graduation weekend, the accommodations did not meet the expected standard for the price paid. I would have preferred to stay at a property in better condition for that level of investment. I hope you find this feedback constructive as you complete your updates.

The staff there was very nice and friendly. Quick check in. Everything was pretty good, if I had to make a complaint it would just be be that the hot tub was under renovation and we were excited to get into it.

Clean and great location. The kitchen lady on our Friday and Monday was very rude to us all while trying to eat the breakfast provided by the hotel. I complained at check out.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. Very nice stay!

The bed did not appear to be professionally made. The phones didn’t work. There was a spotlight shining into our bedroom window and we did not sleep for a minute. It was terrible.
