My Place Hotel - Indianapolis Airport/Plainfield, IN

My Place is always my place when in Indianapolis,,, 4 year patron now,,, always comfortable.

Disappointed that I didn’t see the notice that a shuttle to the airport had to be booked 48 hours in advance. It wasn’t stated on the third party website I used.

Our room was ready, very clean, the front desk staff was extremely inviting, there was plenty of parking that was well lit. We stay here every time we’re in Indiana about eight times per year.

The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. I had never heard of it before, but we will be staying there again.

Loved the place beds were nice and soft Staff friendly The guy on top floor was loud

Very clean room. The kitchen was awesome, even had a toaster! I also asked for a recliner.

I was a little disappointed that when I booked it said 7 days free extended parking with stay and they charged us anyway even though Expedia showed it included.

Clean and exactly what reviews promised.

The staff were outstanding. Yvonne, Lisa, and everyone involved went out of their way to help me when I left my wallet behind in my room. Couldn’t have asked for more helpful folks. Thank you!

Clean . Full size refrigerator. The faucets in the kitchen and bathtub were not secured to the wall - although they worked fine

The room was nice. I just stayed one night and didn't really use any amenities. My only complaint is that the water pressure was abysmal, a few drops at a time. I'm not sure if it's like that in all of the rooms. I was in a handicapped room, so there was a roll-in shower and hand-held showerhead. Imabaged to get my body washed off, but I didn't even attempt to wash my hair because I would have had to check out several hours late with as little water came out lol

The room was clean and spacious like a small suite and there was a store across the parking lot. I did like the fact that it says free shuttle from the airport but when I called for it they told me I had to call 48 hours in advance and nowhere on hotels.com does it state that. That is the reason why I chose that hotel was for the free shuttle. I ended up having to pay $20 for an Uber for such a short ride.When I mentioned it to the front desk person, she stated that other customers had complained about that as well. She did say to speak with the manager the next morning because she will be there because that seems to be an issue. When I brought it up to the manager, she ended up having a big attitude with me and when I said that that's not fair and that you guys need to check on all of your sites where you're posting your rooms to make sure that it all says the same thing. She then stated that I was being very aggressive towards her which was a lie and so I said I was going to bring this up to corporate because I did not like how I was being spoken to. Just be aware that there Isn't a shuttle unless you call and reserve it 48 Hours in advance. It only states that on their hotel website not all of the other travel third party websites.
