Very good

Very disappointing stay. From the day we arrived until we left, our room had a horrible foul smell, especially around the bed and nightstand. It smelled like dog feces. Housekeeping only came once after we complained and simply sprayed Fabuloso-scented water on the rug where the smell seemed to be coming from. The odor never went away. During our 6-day stay, housekeeping never returned to change the sheets or towels. The shuttle driver was also extremely rude and unapproachable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

My room had a deep musty smell, also the rooms toilet was very loose. Breakfast was just okay, not at Holiday Inn Express levels.
