The room was fine, staff helpful and breakfast was good. Maybe they do a huge deep clean first of the month? Be cautious if you’re sensitive to chemicals.

The 2nd floor was very damp, smelling of chlorine and mildew. The AC worked, but didn't help with the dampness, and was very noisy, We will not stay again if there are reasonable alternatives. Airport shuttle is great for getting to the terminal, but it takes forever to get picked at at the terminal. They say it runs every 30 mins, but that was not the case for terminal pickups. Also, the driver did not know which hotel was requesting the pickup. With so many similarly named hotels in the Plainfed area, they need to make the names clear, label the van accordingly, and keep divers informed on which hotels the clients are going to.

The pool had too much chemicals in it burned out eyes, the pool was chipping inside of it, breakfast was very bland. Need better food.

Baymont by Wyndham Plainfield is a old hotel building, very clean. The hallways give you the feeling of old Hollywood you would see in the movies. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only body soap in the bottle attached to the wall in the shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was provided each morning; I would have preferred some potatoes in the place of the sausage and bacon. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay at.

I got severely bit by bedbugs. Hotel looks nice clean, but I never have bedbugs in my life and wind up getting them. Also the Jacuzzi bleached my swimsuit.

I canceled my booking on Tuesday because it was too far from my meetings. Since I had already paid through Expedia, it’s been difficult to get a refund, and I’m still waiting for a response.

A lot of noice if you tired and want to go sleep early. People constantly talking and walking to the pool and out of the pool. Also in the morning couldn’t sleep - a lot of loud voices from breakfast place - it was close to our room as well. Keys didn’t work, returned twice to reception - that is the only positive being close to reception. Hair dryer didn’t work, had to borrow one from reception. Booked 2 nights, but decided not to stay a second night.

I had to leave early, after my 1st night, I was bitten several times by bed bugs! The left side of my head, the right side of my stomach, all over my back and parts of my buttocks. The employee of the hotel Heather took pictures of my wounds. I'm still waiting over a week for the hotel to refund me part of my money which is $200. This hotel is a dump and need to be shutdown.

Clean, fresh facility. Room was spacious. Good value.
