Felt like I was in a trap house never will I ever again stay at that Baymont

comfortable room. shuttle to the airport very convenient.

Older hotel, but clean and comfortable for an airport overnight. Price was reasonable for the location. Airport shuttle was convenient and on time.

Need to upgrade available usb charging ports.

The staff was friendly and checking in was a breeze. I loved the clean room and comfortable bed. Waking up the next day was difficult lol. Not to mention the hot tub in the room was everything!! Loved it and every part of my stay. I will definitely be back!

Elevator felt a little sketchy. Room smelled odd.

We noticed the humidity as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, but it was much worse inside the room. Even with the air conditioning running at full power for several hours, the dampness never improved. By the next morning, my throat felt irritated, which made me concerned about the air quality. The staff member who assisted us was polite and genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately she was unable to move us to another room because the hotel was fully booked. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced a room this damp. I was even concerned that the odor would transfer to our clothing and luggage. The condition of the room significantly affected our stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Left an item called so I could go back and get it, Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food nothing that I can think of at this time. Would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. It was easy to access from the highway with no problem locating it.

No bad at all, just the room we stay the bathroom need maintenance like the faucet was loose, need to be re caulking ,paint… overall was clean, room 301

Feels like house just the floor mats in the main reception and in room requires maintenance and washing Otherwise everything is fantastic

Great night, the beds small for two adults in double, no shampoo or conditioner in containers. But great other than that.

My birthday weekend got ruined 6/19-6/21 (was supposed to be 6/22) The hotel was pretty clean, however the room smelled very musty. I had an issue with one of the front desk people. On 6/21, we locked our key in our room and went to get another one. We were completely caught off guard when she said we were already supposed to be checked out. I showed her all the confirmations that I had showing I had booked a three night stay and was charged for it. She just argued with me and would not listen to my side. She was pretty rude and insisted I pay for another night (even though I already had paid for 3 upon check in). We left since she was very rude and would not even try to help me understand why they had the reservation wrong. The manager called me the next day and explained that it was a mistake on her end and she had checked us out early (had she had done more research she would have found that out and we wouldn’t have lost out on a day of our stay)

Check-in was smooth and the woman was friendly. However, the room urgently needed repairs. It required new carpet and fresh paint. The floor was sticky, as if gum was on it. The water was barely lukewarm, and there was no conditioner. The AC made a very loud noise. I finally got it to stop, but thought I was going to have to change rooms.

Location Very outdated. The carpet on the hallways and rooms has seen much better days.

Rooms were very clean, bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was good, plenty of towels provided. Very good value for the price. Average hotel but clan and quiet rooms. Breakfast was OK - biscuits were cold. Room itself is a bit old.

The location met our needs. The public areas of the building appeared well maintained. The condition of the room impacted our quality of sleep though. The room had an odor of old cigarettes which was a real distraction, preventing a restful night's sleep. The soap dispenser in the shower/tub was empty which I didn't discover until I was in it. The faucet in sink was loose and sink slow to drain. Peeling paint throughout. The HVAC was rather noisy; cycling on and off throughout the night. Checked out early due to the odor.

Needs a good update. Also, noticed a used nicotine pouch on the floor, in the hallway in front of our room. It was there all weekend.
