SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Airport/Plainfield

Nice place no complaints other then the toilet in room had a flushling problem and then it ran and would not shut off.

There was a meldew smell in the room

Our room and multiple other guests rooms were not ready on time. We had a 7pm concert and had to skip getting food because of waiting our room. We had to wait almost two hours. We get our room, our door frame in the bathroom was in desperate need of repairs. The manager at the front desk, I believe her name was Kiera looked like she rolled out of bed, and came to work, and she was not pleasant.

Clean and spacious Breakfast a little limited

Superb

Convenient Comfortable bed and a good breakfast

Great location to our event

Hallway on second floor had trash that was there for 20 hours at least.

Housekeeping Staff need retraining

No

Bed was hard and pillows were small and hard.

The breakfast The front desk staff was confused about reservation and the new system they kept telling me. I spent a lot of time at the front desk trying to get my reservation situated.

Weeds along the front need pulling. Breakfast was excellent.Rooms clean and bed wonderful

Location was great for a flight. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Could NOT get the room temperature at a comfortable level - too hot or too cold. There was a strong chemical smell in the room that would not go away and I ended up with a headache and little sleep. Overpriced for what we got :(
