Super clean very updated with great amenities

Liked the breakfast and pool, my daughter got ate up by something in the sleeper sofa in the suite though, besides that it was good

It was a disappointing stay. With how good the reviews were I expected more. Checking in there was a woman looking at her phone. I walked up the counter and she never moved until I said hello. I essentially got an exasperated response as if I was putting her out to check in. Later I needed a bedding set for the pullout. Once again, pretty lack luster. The person the next day also wasn’t pleasant. The young man on Sunday afternoon was the best and deserves his flowers. Shot up a conversation, was kind, best of the staff. The room itself was okay. The comforter was filthy, stained all around and the ac didn’t work great. The room felt humid constantly, one of the TVs was blued out and there was no fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but all in all not what I expected.

We spent the entire day away from the hotel Friday 7/24/26 until 8:30pm and upon arriving in our room we discovered our room was NOT cleaned. Called the front desk and was informed we only clean every other day so your room will be cleaned Saturday (check out day!!!!!) I did ask for clean towels which they provided but seriously this is Totally Unacceptable for an expensive night hotel. Not happy and will probably choose another location when I am down here again for a visit. Matthew Joseph Koch

Unfortunately, there were a few cleanliness issues that impacted my experience. The shower floor had black stains that appeared to be mold, so I was grateful that I had brought shower sandals with me. In addition, I found pistachio shells on the floor next to my bed, which made me question whether the room had been thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned before my arrival. I was in town for a company meeting and will need to return in two weeks. However, due to the cleanliness concerns, I will be choosing a different hotel for my next stay.

We were not impressed. Selected this hotel based on 9.0 rating. That is not what we experienced. To be fair, staff members were professional and courteous. The overall cleanliness was a concern. Elevator was dirty, hallway carpet was filthy. Hall temps were hot- 82. . Room was very humid, and the bathroom shower floor had mildew spots. We asked to move to a new room, which the staff quickly accommodated. The new room had the same issue.

Just not what was expected.

The room was clean. check in was a breeze. building was clean and aesthetic. plenty of parking. staff was nice and friendly. pool was great for the kids. breakfast was good, but your typical breakfast (waffle maker, cereal, bacon, coffee etc). bar was a plus.

Located near the airport The room was kind of dirty and I could hear the people on the floor above me really clearly walking around and talking in the middle of the night. The sound proofing needs an upgrade.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel along with my family . The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly throughout my visit. The breakfast was very good, and when the staff learned that we do not eat meat, they thoughtfully brought vegetarian kebabs for us, which was a wonderful gesture. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. I did not have any negative experiences during my stay. Everything was well organized, the service was excellent, and the hotel met or exceeded my expectations.

Exceptional

staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests.
