Very friendly staff also very clean good location to everything

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. We found alcohol bottle caps on the floor, there was black mold in the shower and on the AC unit. There were spots in the room that had been repainted with mismatched colors, and the lobby had an odd smell. This room was not worth the money that I paid.

Overall pretty good hotel! TONS of things to around the hotel, lots of fast food and gas stations you can walk to! We stayed to be within 20 minutes of the zoo & children’s museum. We would stay again!

Clean n quiet

I didn’t like how they wouldn’t allow taking the breakfast up to the rooms.

Breakfast was very good! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels. Staff was not very helpful. We arrived early and my husband had to go search for someone to help us. We had an issue with our truck not starting when we were leaving and the staff had no words of advice for us on how to get help in the area. Beds were good. Bathroom is tiny and old looking. The sink was out in the bedroom which I thought was strange. Lobby looks nice and modern. My son used the pool and seemed to think it was decent. I didn’t go in there. I would return just for the good breakfast.

We stayed here the night prior to an early flight. Perfectly priced for what we were in need of.

I left prescription sunglasses in my room . Contacted front desk ( lady) as soon as I got to the airport and she told me she would mail them. This was back in April and now it is the end of June. Still no glasses!!!!!!!!! NOT HAPPY

what followed was a rude tirade, including 'this is a complimentary shuttle, which you did not pay for. take it or leave it' and loud arguments involving money refunding and threats to call off the shuttle ride. fortunately the driver came at 11:39 and was especially friendly (and appalled that the desk clerk had acted so unprofessionally). just don't expect quality treatment from staff from such a hotel!

Some of the things wrong with the room was the sink for the bathroom would not shut off. Fully and shower bar was broke. And no hot tub working. Other than that it was a good stay.

Not much No one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes until another guest located her. Once I did get room keys, I arrived at the room with someone cleaning it. The lock on the door didn't work and the shampoo was empty.

Clean and nice

The location was fine and the breakfast was ok, but not being able to eat breakfast in the rooms was a bit much. The staff was great and my room was clean. The company that owns this location needs to put money into it to make it competitive with the ones around it. $257 for 2 nights and the entire building felt humid and smelled like weed and sewer gas. And the parking situation is terrible. We had to park either in the stacks parking lot or a surrounding hotel parking lot because they were out of parking spots. So I will definitely not be back here when there are way nicer places near it for similar pricing. This is a $50 a night place MAX.
