Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Airport

Their communication and service ability is apalling. In the end I was left stranded at an unfamiliar, foreign (for me) airport in the middle of the night and forced to go elsewhere with no compensation offered. I would not attempt to stay there again.

Recommend if you’re coming or going from IND. Friendly and helpful staff, actually good breakfast and clean property. I didn’t utilize the airport shuttle but they ensure you know about it and you get reserved a spot without any issues if it’s needed.

Unbearable conditions

6 of us stayed for a quick night before taking an early shuttle to the airport 4 adults and 2 kids). HUGE room -2 beds plus a pullout. Walkable to restraints that are kid friendly and a brewery that we’ve been to prior. Shuttle was on time and driver was friendly. We left prior to breakfast so can’t comment on that. A small pool for those who swim and a tiny hot tub as well. Safe area.

We stayed here for four days and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had no issues at all during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I don't normally write reviews but feel like this might help someone in the future when booking. So the good things were, the staff was amazing and the breakfast was great. The cons though: the hotel was very run down from what the pictures showed... also I was put next to a conjoined room with the door in the middle and you could literally hear everything to the side of me.. and above me.. the walls felt paper thin. I could hear everything outside too. I didn't feel like overall the hotel was very clean.. I was a little afraid to sit on the couch in my room because it was pretty old and looked like someone picked it up off the side of the road. It was a good price I paid cheaper than most in the area but I regret staying here and wish I would of stayed somewhere else and paid more money. The specific area this hotel is in felt kind grungy so I would suggest staying in another area in general. Also there were more cars than spaces in the parking lot so one of the nights I had to park across the street at another hotel and walk over.

The staff was wonderful they were very accommodating made sure we got room on the first floor for my elderly grandmother who has dementia

Rooms weren't clean, kids running the halls all hours of the night, no access to the pull at all and room wasn't clean and floors creaky.

Pretty nice rooms. We didn’t use the shuttle to the airport but the location is convenient and decently priced

The breakfast is simple and average, but adequate for a quick start to the day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. While the furniture is dated and some pieces could use repair or replacement, everything was functional during my stay. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place near the airport, this hotel is a solid choice.

Excellent hotel! Was little worried because of the bad reviews but these bad reviews do not reflect the quality of our stay.

We only stayed one night. The room could use an upgrade. The couch cushions were very stained, the mini fridge leaked, and the bathroom was not the best. The breakfast was basic but was good. The Staff was nice.

Old broken down in need of total renovation hotel. Rooms clean but all staff barely speak English. Pool awful. Ice machine broken. Wouldn't stay here again if it was free
