The outside hot tub was wonderful!!

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and haven’t had problems. The staff are always nice and the location is great. We’ve always enjoyed our stay. This time the hot water didn’t work and the tvs didn’t work. We moved to two different rooms and same problems. Eventually checked out and went to different hotel. Sophia at the front desk was very nice and worked to help us as much as she could. We appreciated her demeanor and assistance.

We were told they were part of a corporate chain and it takes water time to warm up going onto say you have to let it run then water will warm up. The water at this point had been running for about 20 minutes and still not even lukewarm. I just replied okay and had made my mind up I will never stay there again.

Sofa bed is absolutely terrible. It’s like a metal fence wrapped in a quilt. Even my 30 pound kid couldn’t sleep on it. The sofa cushions also smelled of b.o. Thankfully the front desk was on their game and gave us a different room with 2 queens.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly memorable. We’re definitely planning to return in the future, especially if we ever decide to retire to this area. The location was fantastic, and all the amenities were conveniently located.

My only issue and it's not abig one is the charging station. It's only for Teslas. I have a GM ev. Other than that my stay was perfect.

The service was not good. We specifically requested that our room be cleaned, but unfortunately, the room was not cleaned at all. The towels were not changed, and the bathroom was also left uncleaned. This was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

We were very positively surprised by the quality of this place. Extremely clean and well maintained. Would use again any time.
