The room was clean. The staff was polite and I have a big truck because I’m alignment and I drive the bucket truck so the parking was nice. The air condition wasn’t that cold is the only thing.

It's my mistake I booked this room looking into the pictures provided in booking.com app. Looks like old school style toilets. Too bad smell from room and toilet and dirty towels. My room wasn't made when I arrived at night. Even though they changed my room, AC was not cooling good and bad smell. It's mentioned breakfast included, but they offer coffee only. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the toilet.

Our apartment flooded so we showed up at 3 o’clock in the morning. So that we can get a good night rest didn’t realize the AC was broke and we were burning up for the entire time we were there. We called the office to let them know about the situation. The guy had zero empathy or concern that the AC was broke nor did he want to accommodate.Also at 3 o’clock in the morning. You’re just wanting to lay your head down, but upon further inspection when we woke up, we had found a few dead bugs in the corners and such we advised them of that too. The outlets were crappy and the plugs would not stay in them .
