This is always my go to hotel but this time it was ok. They gave us a room with a broken tv. It was fine because they replaced it but I reserved a regular room and the girl gave me a handicap room and everything was nice till we had to take a shower the water ran all the way to our bedroom and had to figure why. The house keeper said it was because they gave us a handicap room and we told her we never reserve a handicap room we reserve a regular room. Breakfast was ok. Our card for our room kept deactivating the whole time we stayed. House keeping picked up our trash one time and gave us new towels like i requested when i checked in. We stayed 3 nights.They only did it one day when they kept calling our room to see if we wanted it. They called again to see if we still wanted it and told us we can only get it done if we can wait in dinning room and let them go clean. My husband just said we just want new towels and trash to be picked up from trash cans. They forgot towels and got the trash from living room and never got bathroom trash. They might have had a off day or idk. They are really a amazing hotel and I will continue go to this hotel because we are all humans and have off days.

Very nice and full buffet breakfast, gave 4 stars because kitchen needs more useful utensils for actual cooking in the room, but the dishes were helpful. The staff has excellent customer service and free use of laundry machines are a strong plus

Front desk staff was fun and awesome!!!

The elevator had a strong oil smell and by the first floor restrooms smelt like sewage. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and the pool and the hot tub were also clean.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful however the conditions of the rooms were very poor. There was no hot water to the bathroom sink and the room furniture was stained and raggedy. The room also had a musty smell that I could smell on my clothes whenever I left. There are plenty of other amazing hotels for the same price and in close proximity that I will book next time I visit Plano.

When I walked into the Staybridge Suites, I immediately noticed how clean the property looked and smelled. The front desk people were beyond friendly; they were also very patient and eager to please. I often stay at Staybridge propertied around the US, but this location was head and shoulders above any other one I have visited in the past.

Hot tub. Basketball ball courts Rooms The breakfast hours for the weekend. We were there for a basketball tournament, and had to miss the breakfast d/t 730 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
