WoodSpring Suites Plano - North Dallas

The property and the hotel was a good experience. The elevator was down which wasn't a problem for me but I'm sure it would be a problem for others. Overall, I would stay here again.

The outside appearance and location. Elevator was down and my wife is handicapped. Went up two flights to get to our room. It reeked of marijuana. We couldn’t stay there. Checked out immediately. The lady at the desk was rude. Told us they were a “no refund hotel.”

The bed and linen is clean and comfy. Staff is professional and nice. Has water fountain Need to walk upstairs to 4th floor because elevator is down. The shower door is broken, can’t close. Water flow is slow. Room is small. Stairs way smell bad. Table is not clean

In short, hotel good! Booking.com BAD!!

Didn't stay..canceled it. Due to the elevator not working and manager told me that has been non working for 7 months

The hotel elevator was broken. The staff was not at the front desk when we arrived. They put us in a room that had maintenance happening without the front desk’s knowledge and had to move us to a smoking room when we reserved a non-smoking room. The fridge was broken and leaking water on the floor, and there was no shower curtain when we first checked in. While they handled the difficulty, their service was terrible and no compensation was provided.

I hotel was a good stay, but the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor as a guest in the hotel that was not good.

NOTHING !!! Everything! I made a call to corporate to make a formal complaint; this place is extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable in living conditions! I have many pics to corroborate my experience! From a slippery floor, no shower amenities to blood stains in a few areas. My family and I left the room after being there for a couple hours!

The location was cool but the elevator did not work and I was on the fourth floor…so that made me not want to go back and forth to explore Texas and I was from ohio

The hotel has one elevator, and it’s been broke down for at least two months. If you don’t mind climbing steps (4 floors) or you’re lucky to get a room on the first floor, then it’s not a bad place to stay.
