However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The air conditioner made a loud noise every time it turned on. On the day we arrived, we put some food in the refrigerator. We were out all day the next day, and when we returned, we discovered that the refrigerator was no longer working, so we had to throw all of our food away. We informed the front desk that evening, and the staff member kindly offered to move us to another room. We appreciated the gesture, but since our food was already spoiled and it was our last night, we decided to stay in the same room. I understand that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the hallway leading to the first-floor restroom had a dirty carpet throughout our stay. This could easily be improved by vacuuming at the end of each workday to keep the area looking clean and presentable. The pool area was also very poorly maintained. There was little to no landscaping, and the pool itself was very dirty. It looked so uninviting that my children didn’t even want to get in.

Good breakfast, pool was ok, room was clean and quiet.

It was a great stay! It's a great location and awesome staff. We loved it!

Only negative was they were under upgrading rooms. We were at a convention and would come back after morning meetings to get a quick nap. Unfortunately they were working on room above us. Even on the 4th of July

Breakfast in excellent condition and very good treatment for the young woman who works in that department, in addition to her work, helped us an interpreter. The hotel is very clean, very good with the air conditioning. I am sorry to have to interrupt the re-energence due to personal problems; I hope you will give me back the day I was away. But I hope for next year or another event to operate again at his hotel. I recommend it to those who want a nice stay.

The staff was great except when I heard the desk clerk cursing out another employee. He didn't know I had just exited the elevator. Apparently, the cleaning lady had done something that ticked him off. He stopped when he saw me walking towards the breakfast area.

We made a quick one night stay for a soccer tournament. The beds were comfy, we all had. A good nights sleep and the breakfast was a pretty good. Definitely recommend

Room was clean enough, front desk staff when I checked in was rude and not pleasant at all - everyone else was great however. Will not stay again, though.
