The staff was very kind. Location was great. The breakfast was very limited. They didn't have coffee or water in the lounge area. The elevator was slow, and you could hear tvs playing in the hallways. The hotel could use some repairs.

Mold on the ceiling, water damage on the walls, dead bugs on the lampshade, but at least the air conditioner worked great.

The bath tub was so dirty , lot pf dust everywhere, dirty sheets , dirty towels They stated free breakfast but its a joke no protein provided. Please stay away from this place its very filthy 😫 waste of time and money.

When I first arrived the man* helping me was rude when i didnt understand what he said he yelles it 3 times then my card declined because i forgot to unlock he said ( you dont have no money ? ) and started to help the person behind me ?!? Told him im ready now and he said I should've been ready!!! my room it was kinda warm so I put ac on hi coldest temp left for 30 min came back and still warm called front desk asked for me to come down and then the man* stated he has to check (why ask me to come down then?!) He arrived and seen i was lying or whatever he was trying to accomplish then switched rooms .

They took and kept my money for the 3 days booked, then asked for deposit money afterwards. That adjusted amount per day was not advertised, and should have been asked for in the beginning. I had to get back in my car and drive home to Clearwater, in a storm.

I liked that everything was very quiet. And the location is great since there's a Burger King right across the street and other restaurants nearby. I didn't like that we had to wait at reception for several minutes because there are only two people working there. Then there's the elevator, which looks old and takes a long time to go up and down.The room also left much to be desired because there were patches of paint on the ceiling, and in the bathroom the bathtub had silicone all over the outside, which looked very unsightly. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The air condition was extremely loud and the shower dripped all night. I'm a very light sleeper so it was aggravating.
