There’s probably nothing worse than being checked in by a disgruntled host. First impressions matter and Ahmad made the stay subpar. First, he had his AirPods on while greeting me and just did the basics. No smile, no small talk. When asked simple questions, he gave simple one-word answers. Also, the property had no pool and no breakfast, which is a staple at these types of inns. Room is passable, tiny.

Wow I was very impressed with the accommodations! I can’t say enough about the quality furnishings and nicely thought out decor in the room. I felt like I was staying at a more luxurious hotel then the typical Sonesta properties I’ve been to in past. Lots of dining and shops so location was super convenient!

There was no pool as advertised my 7 year old was very disappointed. The staff was decent and room was clean. Parking was okay. Overall? I’d say the entire experience was mediocre at best

Only issue I have is just the limited parking. Very small parking, they need to expand it.

When I called they had no record of me staying either night. I know I will not stay there again or use Bookings.com.

Went there last week it’s same room, we were expecting to be in different room but that’s ok! None

Clean and quiet room. No extra cost for parking. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly and courteous. Location is conveniently located across Crescent Mall for restaurant options and a movie theater.

The bed was rock hard it was like sleeping on a concrete slab it gave both me and my fiancé back and muscle pain

Location Communication. I called pre trip to confirm ada accessable room. They didn't have that upon arrival. They put 3 of us into a king room. No where for my kid to sleep. I had to ask for a rollaway. Staff acted like they were annoyed.
