The location was perfect for me, which is why I chose it. The room itself was a wonderful surprise! Very spacious and so comfortable! Also dog friendly, a huge plus for me! Nothing. Everything was great

We reserved a room for family from out of town for 5 nights and were very embarrassed by the treatment they received. When they asked staff for housekeeping service after 3 nights/2 days without any, they were told no one could do that. When they then asked for fresh towels, they were told “Sorry, they’re in the wash.” Someone would empty their baskets, but that was it. Huh? We paid quite a bit for them to stay there and this is certainly not the experience we wanted them to have and is not befitting a 3-star hotel. We will never have guests stay there again.

Parking included in reservation, easy access to freeways and restaurants

Room was more than spacious and suitable foe businesses or personal stay. Gym was clean and had ample equipment and dumbbells. Loud TVs from other rooms can be heard throughout the night. Loud vibrations and tone changes. Difficult to sleep. Desk staff was uninterested and indifferent to the report of this. Also heavy footsteps heard from the room above throughout the evening and early in the morning.

Clean rooms, firm beds which was a huge plus, parking was easy to access and staff was able to Assit with check in no problem. We arrived at 9 pm for a just quick check in to sleep and we had no issues losing our room due to being on the later side of check in. Price for the room was super reasonable and would recommend staying here! Will attend another short stay again in the near future!

I felt like I’ve been a little bit more spacious. When we tried to watch Netflix, our TV did not let us sign in.

Great experience although the cafe was closed for remodel so no coffee was available other than the in room coffee maker.

It was clean and well kept as always

Now. The exercise room was very impressive. The only bummer was the daily free breakfast was not available due to remodeling of the breakfast space. Online it says breakfast was included so when I got there and found out there was no breakfast it was very disappointing.

Room was mostly clean but my bed seemed to have pet hair on the sheets so I wasn’t too happy about that.
