The front desk Hardeep was very friendly accommodating, helpful and professional. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend, and will stay again in the future!

Great breakfast buffet. Good dinner reservation

The staff was extremely helpful when I explained my wife is disabled and the assigned room was not adequate for her. They immediately transferred us to a room accessible to her needs. The bathroom had grab bars for the toilet and the shower. The room had plenty of space for the walker to maneuver. My wife said this was her best vacation because of the accessible room, the helpful staff and the delicious breakfast available that was included. I liked everything already mentioned plus the free parking. The hotel is easily accessible from the 680 freeway. We highly recommend this place. Everything is extremely clean and well kept. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

It’s very convenient that they offer free surface level parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but not great.

The only downer was the window in the bedroom wouldn’t close all the way, so it was pretty noisy right next to the highway. However, the staff member I told while checking out seemed to care, so hopefully it got fixed quickly.

The room was cleaned and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful with deaf customers. Keep it up! Also, in the kitchen, try to add bacon, too, along with the sausage at the same time. Customers like bacon more than sausage, vice versa.

Hotel and room very clean, nice breakfast. The only downside was the air conditioner was exceptionally loud. The hotel is in a nice location, we had a pleasant stay.

The Hyatt House was great from a location point of view for our stay, and it was close to a mall with restaurants etc. The only downside was the microwave didn’t work and couch in the room was so flimsy, it put my back out. I needed to visit a chiropractor to get me back on my feet without pain. The staff were very friendly and professional. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

Hallways started smelling bad

We enjoyed this property. The staff were very nice. The suite we were in was very well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which included a chef preparing omelets cooked to order. They have a very nice pool and hot tub. There is also a bar as well as an outdoor seating area. Parking is very ample. We would stay there again.

Do not stay here. It is outdated, feels dirty, and not worth a fraction of the price. I stay in hotels every weekend and this was way below the standards of hotels in gbs area. You would be better off at any Hilton or Marriott property for the same price.

Seriously in need of some remodeling!
