Perfect location. Excellent staff. Wonderful bar and service. Hotel parking is limited and tight. Had to park in neighboring public parking. Insufficient spaces for # of rooms. Charged extra for parking that was not high quality like the hotel.

It was clean and very nice. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were great. Had everything we needed.

Breakfast ends at 9!!!! At 9!!!! You won’t find nothing but coffe if you don’t go early enough

what I enjoyed the most about the Embassy suites was the really nice staff. They were helpful. They were courteous. The breakfast was delicious and made fast. Not sure how they hired such quality staff, but they did a great job on that.

The only drawback is none of the rooms have balconies and none of the windows (inside facing the courtyard) or in the actual room to the outside of the building. It felt very stagnant.

There’s something wrong with all the room doors, so they are hard to open and they slam shut very very loudly. So all night long you can hear every room door in the property slamming shut. The shower is sad, the mattress was saggy and the sheets and thin blankets felt like the ones you get on an old airplane. And yes, the parking is comically bad, and expensive. There are probably less than 50 tiny parking places for a pretty large hotel. It’s not like this place is in a bustling walkable downtown, it’s in Walnut Creek. Everyone traveling there is gonna have a car. The whole thing is laughable. The staff was nice, but this place should not have anywhere near the rating it does.

Did not appreciate that the tv didn’t work in the bedroom, also I ordered a king size bed and was given a double bed as well as the front door having a huge gap in it that you could see the outside lights and hear all the noise.

Fire alarm went off repeatedly and staff refused to assist update or treat guests in a professional manner.

There are great restaurants within a 5 minute Uber ride! Highly recommend.

What I didn't like 1/ The Front register girl had attitude ,she acted like we are there for her 2/ 4pm check in ,ridiculous 3/ room had awful smell in it. 4/ bed sheets felt dirty and previously used

The room was mostly clean, though the lamp in the sitting area was dusty. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Bed was soft and very nice. Lying down I could see the hills, pretty, but BART was right below the window. I could see it standing up and hear it when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast and happy hour were standard. Staff friendly and helpful.

We didn’t enjoy our stay at all. It was suppose to be a peaceful weekend but was disturbed by all the noise throughout our entire stay. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights and wished we picked another hotel to stay at
