very good warm breakfast. also, extremely kind staff.

The rooms were very large and comfortable. For breakfast they have about everything you can possibly want. The even make hotcakes and omlettles... Dont forget to ask for some freshly cooked bacon!!

I left a dress shirt hanging in the closet and had difficulty reaching someone at the property once I realized it (after check-out about 2 hours away on Interstate 5). We eventually left a message with lost and found, with our number, for them to call or text us and verify it had been turned in. Nobody ever called or texted.

The breakfast was excellent

The phones in the rooms did not work. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and staff had to stand on our bed to remove it. The room was dirty.

We booked a double-room suite that can accommodate 6 people. We had 5. There were only 3 sets of towels and no extra bedding for the sofa bed. The phone was broken and maintenance couldn’t fix it. It was replaced with another phone that still didn’t work. Bathroom only had the one roll of toilet paper that was hanging on the roll. In the middle of our 2nd night, the bathroom in the unit above ours flooded, and urine and water flowed down into our bathroom. Needless to say, we packed up our things and left within 3 hours. We will not stay at this hotel again. Oh, another thing. We paid to park in the hotel’s parking garage, but each night, the hotel’s garage was full and we ended up having to go find parking at the public parking garage each night.

Clearly the hotel was a bit short-staffed, but it was still a good experience. The main problem is that the hotel has way too few parking spots for the number of rooms.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. Good breakfast too and dog friendly Parking is kind of crazy. We eventually parked in the public parking next door and saved some $

We arrived just before happy hour, but it wasn't particularly impressive. Since we were looking for a nice place to have dinner, we checked out the hotel restaurant first. Unfortunately, the menu was very limited and the atmosphere wasn't what we were hoping for, so we ended up walking to a nearby restaurant instead. The overnight stay itself was comfortable. The only issue we encountered was that the shower gel hadn't been replenished, which made for an interesting morning shower. Breakfast was decent and certainly edible. I didn't realize there was an omelet station until after I had already eaten—I would have preferred that option had I noticed it sooner. Overall, this is a perfectly acceptable hotel if you're looking for a reasonably priced place to spend the night. It's generally less expensive than many other hotels in Walnut Creek and is conveniently located near public transportation. However, if you're planning a romantic date night or are looking for a more upscale experience, this probably isn't the right choice. In that case, I'd recommend spending a little more and booking one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Rooms were specious and clean. staff was helpful our with questions. Breakfast was fresh. My only issue was the parking space, we had to park next the hotel.

The charge to park your car was significant, unnecessary and a rip-off! I'll find a different hotel with free parking next time. Other than that it is a nice property.
