My wife and I spent the night at the Renaissance Walnut Creek and we were impressed by the experience. Not only was I able to check in early 3:30pm before the wedding, but the front desk staff also upgraded our room to a King Suite. The room was well maintained and very spacious. The next morning after check-out at 11am, we had lunch downstairs at the cafe. Good food and a beautiful setting! Thanks!

Our room was very quiet and clean. The staff was amazing and actually entertaining the spa was everything we needed! The outdoor pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing and very clean

I have been staying at hotels most nights each week, and after having tried others, I came back to Renaissance last night, and was so pleased I did. The mattress had actual springs instead of being solid cheap foam, the room service breakfast and latte was stellar, and everyone was extremely helpful. 10/10 am going to prioritize Renaissance for future stays.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent; compliments to the chef. The servers in the restaurant were slow and unattentive.

The guys at the front desk were helpful too, helping us order a pizza, and guided us to the right hospital ,when my spouse hurt his foot on a rock in the sea, (just bad luck)but first helped clean out the wound. You can swim out along distance, which was so relaxing . The kayaks were great, along with the paddle boards, our sons “11 and 14”loved the paddle boat with a slide. All in all, we will come back again.
