I don’t think you should have to pay for parking Especially with a very large parking garage

What was not acceptable was the fact that the tv in the first room was not working and the only time we were moved to another was the next day. Unfortunately, the new room was entirely unacceptable and unhygienic. Upon entering and inspecting the room, we discovered a dirty & disgusting used adult sex paraphernalia left behind by the previous occupants. This is an egregious FAILURE OF STANDARD housekeeping and health protocols. Communicated to the hotel front desk/manager, really didn’t do much, just gave us an 800 number to call. We called, reported and asked for recompense- lady was respectful and assisted us well by escalating and reporting the issue. However, the hotel only responded w a thank you for letting us know and that they will use that incident to educate and update its protocols but nothing about ‘resolving the inconvenience of the distress and health violation’. While we appreciate them passing this information to its housekeeping team, a simple thank you “DOES NOT ADDRESS THE FACT WE PAID FOR A CLEAN, SANITARY ROOM” which we did not receive. We asked the hotel for a recompense for this unacceptable experience and our CALLS kept being pushed to different people. The last guest relations person gave us 1200 Hilton points (approx $60 worth) for staying 5 days! I’LL REPORT this to the city’s health dept, state consumer & atty general!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was fine. Had to miss the free Breakfast because it started later than I had to be at the job.

Breakfast was a half hour late, had to leave hungry, one of the main reasons we booked this property and didn’t get to enjoy. Everything else was clean, but the walls are a little thin.

The breakfast was seliciuos and the stsff are really friendly.

Front desk didn’t know the best place to park for my room number Front desk didn’t know there was a dog area. Poop bag holders were empty

Location Parking

Stayed two nights. First night was on the 1st floor with a pool view. Everything was clean, staff was welcoming. Second night we booked a room with a courtyard view. Check in was slow, employee possibly named Sonia didn't seem to know what she was doing. Didn't give me a choice of first or second floor. Got in thd elevator and the keys didn't work. Went back and got in thr long line with 3 other guest who's keys didn't work. Finaly made it the room and the courtyard view was a a corner view of the building and trees the room had an odor. Noticed it in the hallway as well. Parking not great and they charge $15 a day. The garage was filled with vehicles from a nearby dealership on Monday morning and busy coming in and out.

Good experience

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We didn't however enjoy the consistent problem with the elevator. We had to go to the desk more than a couple times and tell them our keys weren't working, which they informed us was definitely something we were doing, holding our electronics to close to the keys, so we made sure to not do that and some how they were still having problems. There was a few others having issues with there's as well. The parking is under the hotel and very tight.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and the amenities were really good. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the free parking included in our stay. Fridge, microwave and everything was in good, clean working order. If we vacation in the area again, we will definately book our stay here.

Nice location. Easy parking.

Clean, conveniently close to UC Berkeley and downtown San Francisco. Will be staying there again.

Exceptional

The rooms were very clean and quiet all night. The breakfast was good and convenient to not have to leave for breakfast. The hot tub and pool were very inviting and I loved the location of this hotel! 30 minutes outside of San Francisco which was where we hung out. Overall everything including price was perfect for our weekend trip!
