Leave the mopping for the afternoons or evening. The cleaning lady was mopping the lobby floor at 10am when we were checking out. Didn’t make sense to have a wet floor while first are trying to check out or coming and going from breakfast

Clean room. Great staff. Would recommend and stay again.
-
Great room and location. Just wish house keeping staff would have filled coffee stations better. Something was always missing each day after the day we got there.

Can’t say much for breakfast. Off the menu was okay but the Sunday buffet was pretty poor. Waffles seemed stale, bacon and sausage were room temperature and our server couldn’t quite manage to bring out OJ for all of us despite several requests. Young men at valet parking were great

Great

Great room. Very clean. Did not like the valet parking.

This hotel is very old, and the mattresses are poor quality — ruined our backs. Pull-out couch is a joke — avoid at all costs. Not what we expect from Marriott. Major letdown

Tiffany at the front desk was super helpful and the suite I had was the perfect size for me and my daughter!

Awesome hotel, awesome service a true pleasure

Clean, peaceful stay.

The staff and bar were the best part of this stay. The bartenders were excellent and the valet staff incredible! The front desk staff is hit and miss. There’s a Kevin hart looking guy that is rude every time I’m there, but the others are friendly and helpful. Other than that, the rooms are mostly just ok if you’re a “the hotel is just where we’re sleeping” kinda traveler. Nothing nice and minimal amenities.

HORRIBLE. We booked through Expedia and paid Expedia, when we checked in we had to leave a card on file for check in. When we checked out we noticed that they not only charged us for valet, that is not disclosed when booking, but they also charged us the as if we had booked through them an additional $500! They said that they didn't see that we paid through expedia. It's been almost three weeks once out stay and we have NOT received our refund. BEWARE THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! I overheard other people checking out also having billing issues. Never again staying at a Marriot

Nice clean room for the 3 of us. Pleasant staff. Good location.

Will never return! Did not bother to tell us ahead of time the room had an odd window, The only window looked out into a hallway which is the entrance to the swimming pool. Poolgoers walking to pool look straight on into our room, so window useless. Had to keep curtain closed and room very dark. Light in room could not be turned off, making it hard to sleep. Refused to give a senior discount. Their excuse was we had reserved via Expedia, and should have requested through them. We wanted to arrive at hotel and reserve in person, but this was not allowed. On top of everything else, not advised the hotel has no parking lot for guests, except for those required to pay $35.00 per nite valet parking. What a welcome to guests! Very uncaring and shabby way to treat guests, even those paying over $160.00 pr nite, plus $35.00 per nite parking!

Room didn't have toilet paper. Had to call and ask for it. It never came.i chased down a cleaning lady in the hall to get some.

We always stay here when we visit Northern California.

Front desk was very friendly as well and helpful. I was unable to get the front desk, ladies name, but she wore glasses and had dark hair. I appreciate her help.
