Perfect stay. Breakfast was wonderful.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was dirt in the crevices of the shower and lower tub area the bedroom area wasn’t vacuum::swept completely the complementary conference buffet area was empty we arrived no later than 6 pm and was told it would be fully stocked until ten 10 pm wasn’t the case-overall the night was peaceful

Gym was decent, Breakfast buffet Saturday was quite disappointing. One server was left to greet, seat, and service the entire dining room. Nonetheless, that one person was busy stalking a closet very far away and didn’t come by one. We sat ourselves. TV in the room did not work and we didn’t realize it until the last night so we opted to not have them come work on it - instead just relaxed. Beds were comfy

The beds were amazingly comfortable, rooms were clean. Housekeeping checked on us daily during our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great. Overall, 10/10

These are all very minor issues. I enjoyed my stay, and I would stay here again when returning to Walnut Creek.

Property is dated. Bar onsite was a plus. Staff was on par.

The roof were really clean and big and nice. Staff was really kind helpful and very friendly for breakfast. There is great me and my family loved it. Also the bar has a great selection of alcohol. Drink drinks.

Overall a very nice hotel. It should be noted though that there is no self parking available and you will be assessed a $35 / day valet fee.

Very nice stay. Front desk James was extremely professional. Lolo food server was very attentive, while giving excellent service.

Great hotel. Customer service from valet to front desk was exceptional. Hotel was busy and you could tell the staff were hustling to do their best, which they certainly did. Concierge is well worth it as well. Daily breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Room was clean and comfortable.
