Nothing Everything including rooms are like prison cells or at least the two times I changed. The customer service was horrible. Front desk people were dictating instead of communicating. Horrible experience I did not even stay there I canceled my entire stay.

My child left behind a teddy bear he had since he was a baby in the room and I called to check if I could come by to pick it up (I live 2 hours away) and the front desk and cleaning staff were not helpful at all. They said they would check if it was turned in and that items left behind would get locked up and no one had access to them. I called every day for 4 days in a row to see if I could get an answer as to if it was found & no one could give me an answer until the last day I called they said “if they haven’t called you it means it’s gone”

only offers valet parking for $35 a day extra and the room wasnt ready till 5:30pm - check in was at 3

The car valets were excellent. In the future it would be advisable to let guests know that there is no self parking at this site, strictly valet with an additional charge of $35.00 per night.

Another person overheard and told the person helping me to give me my room. This was very upsetting especially since I had made my reservation months in advance and confirmed 3 hrs. before arriving.

The room was dimly lit as well as the hallways. The bed was comfortable. There was no lighting in front of the mirror. We used the gym twice and found it enjoyable.

Overall nice stay. Valet only parking was a downside. Had a nice suite. Lounge was just ok.

We got to the breakfast on level 6 at 8:00 am and there were no plates left and hardly any food.

Nice, clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Only issue we had was the person in the room next to us woke up up super early because they started screaming at each other. Staff should have been able to hear it because we heard staff in the lobby off and on but the screaming went on for a little while. Also a heads up, this location only has valet parking. You'll have to find some off street parking if you don't want to utilize the valet.

Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Only downside I saw was you could only do valet parking at a nightly cost. I was told they didn’t have self parking available.

10 out of 10 recommend when staying out in the bay area. Very clean and upgraded the most convenient part is that each floor has its own concierge to have breakfast instead of going all the way down to the main lobby.

Rooms were nice but there were spots on the floor...Did not appreciate the $35/night parking fee!
