Great location and amenities. Cleanliness is a must and this hotel has met our expectations so far. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay the multiple times returning to visit family. The staff is helpful and friendly. The valet team is amazing! Thank you for the great service and hospitality. Keep it up!

We took a family vacation for a week at this facility. There were 3 families (3 rooms) with four children. They loved the pool. We had a lovely outdoor patio. We wanted to use the firepit as it was chilly, but it was broken. Lots to choose from at included breakfast buffet. My granddaughter was disappointed that they did not have potatoes, though. All rooms had full kitchens which we used to prepare lunches for the day. We were within a 5 minute walk to the BART system which was extremely helpful. Previous reviews said to get rooms opposite the BART as it gets noisy when trying to sleep. I was glad we took that recommendation. Location was great as we could also walk to the outdoor mall and even closer to a Target. Able to get essentials there. One negative was parking. Had to use valet at $35.00/night-no other choices. Excellent valet service. When my son came to visit, he had to park and pay in the street. All in all, I would recommend this facility. I would stay here in the future.

Very clean.. Very accommodating features within the room as well as hotel property.. I'm not a huge fan of valet parking.. Though I do appreciate our new vehicle being in a parking garage.. As someone who was once a parking attendant.. also someone who likes to clean his own windshield after.. or during a road trip.. If valet service had a cleaning squeegee and cleaned the windshields of our vehicle while in their possession.. This service would make customers feel appreciated.. Would also appreciate flavored coffee creamer

The service at this hotel is excellent. The gentleman who checked us in late night was especially kind and accommodating. The woman who runs the breakfast did a great job, everything was fresh, hot and the area was very clean. Great location. Definitely will return and recommend to others.

The room has bright lights everywhere. Every wall has multiple light switches and each has a bright nightlight. The appliances have lights; the door leaks a lot of light in from the hallway. Bring black electrical tape and a binder clip for the curtain, and you’ve got a fighting chance.

Hotels.com didn't disclose that parking would be $35 extra. So the hotel cost more than I expected. Last time I'll trust the rates Hotels.com publishes.

The location was great for traveling throughout the bay area.The rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast could have had more fresh whole food choices.

However, we were quite disappointed with a few things during our stay. The breakfast was not good. Everything was served on cardboard plates and in cardboard cups, which felt very cheap for a hotel. The variety was also quite limited, and the eggs seemed to come from some kind of premix, which did not taste good at all. Overall, the room itself was good, but the service, breakfast, and luggage assistance were disappointing. This really affected our experience. Another issue was the lack of luggage trolleys. We arrived in the evening with quite a lot of luggage and asked several times for a trolley to bring our bags upstairs. Unfortunately, none were available. In the end, we had to carry all our suitcases to the room one by one. Later, we found out that the trolleys were apparently being kept inside guest rooms, which should not happen. Hotel staff should actively manage this. The staff also came across as rather lazy and did not really take action. The next day, when we were leaving, we again asked for a luggage trolley and had to wait around 20 minutes. Eventually, someone brought a small hand truck, which is not really suitable for a hotel. In the end, I decided to carry all the luggage down to the car myself.
