Hilton Garden Inn Walnut Creek

I had a great stay. The rooms are purposefully designed. I had a comfortable workspace in the room, the bathroom, closet and space was clean and calming. The staff was exceptional and it’s in an easy location. I will stay again.

I had a steak for dinner & it was paper thin & overdone. Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) outside was a little noisy too.

Just don’t leave anything important behind. I left an expensive bottle of perfume (my fault I know) but I realized it 5 hours later. They said the room wasn’t being used so I told the staff exactly where I left it, on top of the coffee maker. Unfortunately no one ever found it so that was a bummer.

Showed up and were told the hotel was overbooked and we did not have a room available. Will never book this hotel again - had to find a different hotel after midnight on a Friday evening on a very busy weekend. Terrible business practice.

breakfast buffet was very lacking for the price. Needed to request more toilet paper. Someone spilled in the elevator and it took a few hours to get cleaned up

I haven’t stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a very long wand now it’s my new favorite cost efficient hotel. I used to prefer the Courtyard or Hyatt House for the quality. Hilton Garden Inn now uses Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo and conditioners, in room Keurig style coffee makers, stylish and modern decor with comfortable bedding and ample space. The staff couldn’t be better, always pleasant and kind. Complimentary coffee and teas were also offered in the lobby area in the mornings. I would highly recommend this location for sure and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. They have complimentary 7 Tesla outlet chargers for those who drive electric cars.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were beautiful and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

hard rubber eggs obviously pulled from the buffet that were supposed to be over-easy... Four little pieces of potato and old cold sausages.

This is a relatively new hotel. The staff and the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available for purchase, but we did not eat in the hotel. I did hear other guests remark that it was very good. Free coffee with flavored creamers was available in the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap were available in our room, along with bottled water and coffee. If we travel back to this area again, we would definitely stay here.

They said the breakfast was not included.
