Wonderful stay! Blessedly cool on a blistering day. Clean and spacious. I had a little trouble figuring out the shower. The breakfast was abundant and tasty, the staff helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable enough, but not properly checked by housekeeper for supplies (no tissues in bathroom). Biggest complaint was the “free breakfast,” which in my 30+ years of hotel stays, came in dead last. Really embarrassing for them and very unsatisfying for me.

Bed ac noisy

Friendly staff, easy check in and clean room. I would definitely stay again. I wish I had more time to check out the amenities.

Easy to find - stayed on the 2nd floor and it was clean, quiet, and with all the nice amenities. Dog friendly apparently, but other than seeing people coming I /out with dogs, no ‘dog smells’. Only stayed for one night but will be back if in Plymouth again.

They don’t offer coffee or beverages outside of breakfast hours. Female Manager was not helping her front desk help when they were backed up although she had plenty of time to talk with her friends. She told us we can wait until the gentlemen at front desk was off phone. Seemed like they had folks and kids living there at hotel. The feel of the hotel is not a good feel.

Pool was not open yet, breakfast is simple. Always hear from the outside that door slammed loudly. The vent in the room seems can not turn off, also very loud.

It's not a great hotel for quiet space. The people above us were literally stomping and running late into the evenings and up by 5am. Did not appreciate that.

Fan in bathroom runs all the time noisy. The bed platform moves makes noise seems flimsy this is second stay and bed still rocks makes noise annoying. But I did like the place overall. The breakfast is a nice add on. I would stay again .

The room were super clean and I loved the design of the room. Very sleek looking.

The hotel location is great, lots of places to shop and eat , 10 minute drive to the beach. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast choices were a little disappointing but what was there was good. Staff was friendly.

Good location, near many restaurants and shops The bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with dirty bleach water. One spot on the comforter smelled like bad body odor

Great room, really enjoyed my stay

The front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect! Wood floors, grab bars around the bathroom and shower and it was like a 1 bedroom apartment! Our accommodations had a large bedroom, a separate living area, kitchenette, and nice bathroom. The hotel is located near lots of restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways. The hotel is new. The bar and pool weren't open yet. When they are, it will be a 1 stop for everything. We'd gladly stay there again.
