The breakfast was mediocre. We only ate there once. All around felt dirty and not well cleaned. It was our second time there spaced by 4 years, since I had a good impression the first time, this was our choice again, but after this time, will be the last one.

Location was great to go to downtown Plymouth. Highway right there. Great location. Sorry it was perfect for our trip.

Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup.

Having booked an expensive 2x queen bed room (mother, father and daughter) the hotel believed one of these beds should be a sofa-bed, because that was “standard”. We had to trail back down to reception to discuss after which we were put onto a 2x queen room, which the hotel staff were certainly classifying as doing us a favour! Breakfast was about the worst we have ever experienced. No real choice, nothing safely gluten free other than fruit; paper/plastic plates and plastic cutlery. It was the worst hotel stay of our 10 day family trip.

The hotel room was clean and well kept. No complaints about the room. The parking lot was never plowed during a snowstorm so every vehicle ended up getting trapped. Plus rooms ended up getting booked full with new hotel guests with no way for them to arrive in the parking lot. Let alone guess trying to leave being able to get out. Neighboring hotels next door managed to get their parking lots plowed to some extent. Fairfield Inn appeared to make no effort and the front desk staff was useless. If it wasn’t for the parking lot situation I would’ve given a much better review. It must be noted that as I write this review I’m still trapped in the parking lot a day later.

Staff was friendly, the room was exceptionally clean with a wonderful layout and lots os space and storage. The breakfast offered good hot and cold options. It was a wonderful stay!
