Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

The staff was very professional and courteous, the rooms were very clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The furniture and refrigerators in the room were worn and dated. The location in the middle of a shopping center and no on premise restaurant were also disappointing. Over priced for the quality of the property and limited services.

Everything in working order. The property did need a trash pickup.

My husband left his wedding band behind on nightstand. Called as soon as we arrived home ( within 1 1/2 hours) to let the staff know. Room was already cleaned with no ring reported. Also on arrival it was pouring rain and a huge school Bus was blocking the covered drop off entrance and refused to move to let people unload their cars. Staff did nothing to help.

I liked all the amenities they had on site in the lobby food, snacks and drinks! Much nicer than a typical motel stay.

Reserved a King Room months ago and staff overbooked and changed us to two double beds. Toilet didn’t flush and it was pretty gross inside. Staff was very friendly though.

The location was great, the presentation from the lobby to the room was also great. The room itself was specious, great air conditioning and comfy bed. The rooms looked great but weren't the best. Multiple outlets did not work in the room, and one even sparks when using a different plug in on the same outlet. The shower shelving was ripping off the wall. The shower leaked profusely onto the bathroom floor.

Great location, just off the 3. Lots of businesses and places to eat in that location. Comfortable bed. There was some kind of noise I think was coming from the elevator near the room that was somewhat annoying.

From the moment I arrived at the front desk, the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and well-appointed. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Thank you for a great stay!

The room and grounds were very clean. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff extremely accommodating. Parking was ample and free.

It seems that doing just the bare minimum is the standard at this location. Extremely disappointing for a Hilton property

Tv was great. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. Breakfast was not as advertised. I paid extra for breakfasts included, thinking it was a buffet. It was not. Toilet was clogged when I got there. Could not access the wifi on all of my devices.

We have stayed at this hotel four times. The staff is consistently professional and helpful, and the location is very convenient to everything that we want to do during our visits.
