Great..no complaints

Clean open room everything I needed to relax and rest. .Front desks gal was great ? That the air was not on prior to me arriving to my room. Also the air conditioner kept the room cool but wasn't the best.

I did not enjoy my stay.

It looked like the staff had no pride in the place that they worked. It was neither a good value nor a good price. My side entrance was dirty, the carpet needed to be vacuumed, the wall paint (blue) had many chips and was not pleasing to the eye. The odor in the entry hallway smelled like old, stale beer. The stairway hasn't been vacuumed for a long time. The room air conditioner did not work - it put out a chemical-smelling odor and it did not come... So I opened the window to let the odor out. No screen on the dirty window. The outdoor gravel around the entrances was not well-kept I

Location Dirty and sloppy outside, old and outdated rooms. What they had was clean but very unappealing. We won’t be back.

We didn’t get much relaxation due to a guest banging on the door next to our room at two in the morning yelling for a guy. Then made dogs start barking it was miserable.

Nothing Parking lot dirty, broken down car. Mouse traps in the hallway. Room smelled. Burned out light. No carafe in coffee maker. Microwave broke. No TV remote. Shower didn't work right. Phone broke. Damage throughout room. No amenities.

The staff in the lobby was kind and understanding when I asked for a refund and wanted to stay elsewhere. The moment we walked in, we knew it was a mistake. The room, although remodeled, was smelly and dirty. Used, snot covered hand towels were hanging in the bathroom. There were urine stains on the wall. The comforters were dirty and stained. We were in the room maybe 5 minutes, long enough to search for and book a different hotel before we went to the desk and asked for a refund of our reservation. The gentleman was very kind and understanding, and promptly refunded us. (was back in our account within 24 hours.)

The staff were all super nice to us. The bed was awful. The shower didn’t work so when we went to go talk to the front desk about it in the morning.(we got in super late the night prior so we decided not to pursue it till the morning.) the really nice guy at the front desk said that unfortunately it is a problem in the hotel because it’s old plumbing and old pipes. My husband tried to pull on the handle to turn on the water and it wouldn’t turn on if he would’ve pulled it hard like the gentleman at the front desk said he would’ve pulled it off the wall. The owners need to fix the plumbing at this property. The bed was super hard and very uncomfortable. my bathroom was absolutely filthy Had hair in it from the previous guest. I read the reviews on this property, hoping it would be good, but I was not impressed. I have to go back to Pocatello tomorrow and spend the night and I will not be staying there.

No breakfast Heating is very outdated, noisy and inefficient. Reefer in parking lot allowed to run. Noisy hallways. All expected for a Motel 6

The check in area was great. When we went to the section where our room was....as soon as we entered it smelt like cat pee all through the halls.

Could use one more light in the room .

Front desk personnel was nice On arrival we noticed 2 cats in one of the windows on the back side of the building. The 1st floor had an overwhelming smell of cat feces as soon as you walked in. There were drug people out in the parking lot hanging out. We were worried about the vehicles being out of sight. The room was not very clean and the beds were not comfortable. In all honestly it’s the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. I will never return to this location again.

I liked the modern room. Nice clean stylish

The bar was not

The carpets were filthy they don’t look like they have ever been vacuumed. The floor in the room felt like it needed to be swept. The faucet was gross had something nasty on the handle.

Nothing really.

Staff was excellent

Location Very cold, shabby, had no warm blankets, no glasses, remote did not work, two towels for four people, no Kleenex, no coffee, heater in the room was very noisy. We almost wanted to leave. Room did not in any way look like the pictures.
