Best Western Pocatello Inn

Staff was very nice!

Have stayed here a number of times but feel it is starting to go downhill.

The staff is amazing and I love it there they have everything you need I stay there all the time

Great place to stay on our road trip. Small cozy room had just what we needed, except for a fridge/microwave which was fine with us. Pool and lobby were great for hanging out to write and read. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of eggs, sausage and other proteins. Very quiet and safe. Didn’t try the lounge, but having a bar and food options onsite may come in handy for some.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience staying at this hotel chain. The price was not cheap, but as soon as we entered the hallway, there was a strong stale, musty smell. Then, in our room, the bedspread smelled absolutely horrible, like a dog. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering the price.

Great breakfast. Main hotel AC was out and the inside was a bit warm.

Great place to stay and close to freeway and event center we were there for. Helpful staff and clean hotel. Would recommend it

Room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet. Bathroom door would get stuck and hard to open. My key wouldn’t work to get back into the building

The breakfast host said there hasn’t been any for three years! Will definitely not be staying at Best Western in Pocatello again.

West wing second floor so so hot. Old a/c unit could not keep up. Rooms clean but too warm for any comfort

We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past, but hadn't been there recently. Our general impression of our room and some of the public areas was that it was starting to look run down and a little shabby - chipped paint, dingy carpet (public areas), older fixtures, corrosion, etc. The TV in our bedroom was enormous - too big to swivel completely for viewing in bed - and after 1/2 hour we gave up trying to use it because it seemed to be a new and very complicated operating system, and there weren't any instructions in the room. The breakfast was okay, although they had a new machine that cooked pancakes, but the resulting pancakes were undercooked and gummy = inedible. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. No problems checking in or out or finding things at breakfast, and we appreciated that.

Room was convenient to the dog area but a little noisy from people entering from the outside and going up the stairs. The sofa bed was older and not comfortable.

The walls in this building are INCREDIBLY THIN. I could hear every word of my neighbors conversations and I could tell that they were watching Family Feud on a low level on there tv like it was playing in my room. I felt like even though I was on the phone they could hear every part of my conversation and I felt there was no privacy. Besides that the staff were very nice and hotel was clean. I just wish I had more privacy during my stay.

Good location

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was good and had an automated pancake maker. I accidently left two bathing suits drying in the closet when I left. The staff put them in a bag at the front desk to retrieve 4 days later when I came back through town.

This property was in good condition but after a long day we wanted to sit in the hot tub. It was non functioning and drained. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.

Kids loved the pool and breakfast was decent

Breakfast runs out of eggs very quickly and early, with a sorry note!!!!
