Elevator needs to be serviced. Staff was friendly. Location to the freeway and down town was nice.

Basic hotel nothing fancy. Hate the loud air conditioner. Lots of kids running around the hotel all wet from the pool making the tile slippery for other guests. Also they were playing in the elevator. Needs to be monitored better. It was just one night for us passing through on a road trip so it sufficed.

Room was nice, clean and roomy. Toilet handle stuck so you had to raise it or the toilet ran, shower head needs to be replaced, looked like they have hard water. Bed was comfortable, poolarea was nice and breakfast was good.

The pool and hot tub was a plus, my 2 grandsons enjoyed it very much. Our room was quiet so nice peaceful sleep. Breakfast in the morning was busy, but everything was really good. Very pleased about our stay, I would recommend.

Got switched to a 2 queen room and put by main door for wing and elevator so was woke up constantly by sounds. TV had no WiFi setup for using Netflix.

The elevator kept getting stuck. Very scary. There was a huge pee satin on the fabric chair in my room.

Housekeeping, breakfast and the custodial staff were always pleasant, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the woman on duty (7/23/26) morning was not helpful. She wouldn’t give me any envelopes so I could leave tips!

Yes it was good. I was taken back by the fellow who checked us in but he was kind to us and helpful. We wood stay with you again. Our room had been up graded and was nice.

The staff never who checked us in was very overwhelmed and rude. He sent us to a room that I opened and it was already occupied. When I went back he kept questioning how someone was in there.

My wife and I loved staying here. Coffee ready whenever you want it—from late at night to early in the morning going to work. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay if you have children. Clean and comfortable! Breakfast is awesome also. Would definitely come back! 10/10!

Staff should ask at check in if you want your room cleaned every day instead of putting a note in the key card holder. First morning the breakfast was barely warm. Second morning it was better. Room was clean. I’d like a pen and small pad of paper in the room like other hotels offer. Staff we interacted with were pleasant. Discounts at nearby eateries were used and are appreciated. We would stay here again.
