The property was pretty busy when we arrived, but there was a huge parking lot with plenty of space. The front desk staff was quick and friendly, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. We stayed in a 1 king room with no couch. It felt like it was just a converted 2 queen room, so there wasn’t anything too special about the layout. The bed was on the harder side and came with six smaller pillows. There was plenty of lighting throughout the room, and the AC unit worked great and kept the room nice and chilly, just how we like it. The bathroom setup was pretty standard, with only the toilet and shower in the bathroom area. The sink was located out in the main room, and the bathroom light switch was also outside the bathroom, which was a little different. Breakfast was offered, but we left before breakfast hours so we didn’t get a chance to try it. The morning coffee was ready when we checked out before 7 AM, which was nice. Overall, the room appeared clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was very easy to access right off I-15. Overall rating: 7/10

This hotel had way more stars than it should have. It was very dirty and we didn’t want to touch anything!

Got in late and the lobby doors was locked until the person ahead was 100% done checking in, and ended up standing outside longer than should have been necessary.

Never had breakfast ended at 9. Coffee was good Very noisy street traffic

Clean and friendly staff Limited parking and terrible breakfast

The accommodations were fine. Nothing spectacular. The room was clean. We didn't get up early enough for breakfast.

Everything was good, except for the mattress. It was terrible! I have been in multiple rooms here and all matresses are the same. terrible. I also do not like their pillows at all. So much that i tavel with my own. I'm not sure what market research told hotels that squished up very skinny (not even twin size width) pillows are desireable. They are not!

Good breakfast

The hot tub wasn't hot and hot tub/pool chemicals were out of balance. Extremely high chlorine burning our eyes. Ran out of Swiss Miss, my son's favorite thing at hotels besides the pool. There was no non-stick spray for the waffles so they didn't turn out. This hotel is HUGE. Navigating it gave me anxiety and the pool/hot tub and parking lot were a bit crowded due to serving such a large number of rooms. No one under 18 allowed in fitness center. My son is 10 and respects facilities. We usually use them as a family when we travel. I don't usually leave bad reviews but all of these factors added up to a negative experience.
