Courtyard BY Marriott Pocatello

Front desk staff were very personable which was impressive,especially younger staff. My husband discivered the ice machine was busted so asked frontdesk if had another option. Directed to the bar and the guy was very accommodating. The only thing I can nitpick about is the front desk girl should iron her blouse to be presentable. Other than that, perfect stay and would have stayed longer if needed.

We were disappointed there was no breakfast included as it was for the same price as we paid the night before in another motel. Not from this area we had to find our breakfast place. Also….. there was a Box Elder bug on my pillow when we got into bed?

We were put in a handicap room. We were attending a wedding, so I had a dress, closet was so short even my husbands suit would have dragged on the floor. We usually stay at Marriott’s because their beds are comfy, these beds were terrible. Won’t ever stay at this hotel again.

I color scheme and cleanliness. But the staff were the best.

My only complaint is that there are not any full length mirrors in the rooms!

The room was clean and I am sure the amenities are good however for what I use the hotel amenities for, there was not much... didn't see any complementary beverage (coffee, tea, water) in the lobby, 1 coffee pouch in the room, etc.

Very clean & well maintained. Feels like it's geared toward traveling business people more than for families. My biggest complaint is the fire detector in the middle of my rooms ceiling, it had a very bright light that would flash every 10 seconds. Made it hard for everyone to sleep.

Price had increased since reservation was made, which was a bit shocking.

A beautiful property, we will definitely be booking here again on our next visit to Pocatello. Really pleasant staff, from front desk, to breakfast bistro, to cleaning staff. Rooms are spacious. The views from the property were stunning. I worked part of my trip and came down to the lobby which offered me a place to plug in and use as my office for part of the day. Very clean. Reasonably priced.

Courtyard by Marriot in Pocatello was one of the most pleasant stays. We travel a lot, and we were very impressed with the over all experience here. Stayed twice now, and we plan to stay here every time we visit Pocatello :)

The staff was less to be desired. One of them had bright green hair and hardly acknowledge anyone that walked through the door and what the other girls do. Checking out the girl was nice. Our room was fairly clean other there was some hair in the shower, which was pretty gross.. I’ve stayed in this hotel several times used to be nicer went downhill since I first stayed in. It probably won’t be staying there as long and my license says I live in Pocatello, but I actually live in Boise so I travel to Pocatello to see my mom and my kids quite often. Just not the friendly style and put a place to pay for two nights. They should be happy that you’re paying that to sta.

Employee staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and smell nice, the overall hotel was beautiful.

Always clean, great staff, good drinks, and easy parking. Maintain the lighting in rooms…two lights were out in ours, sadly.

This is a fairly new, well-maintained hotel with excellent staff. The room was perfect and the pool, workout room and other amenities were all in good shape. Will stay again.
