We did find the room refrigerator was a bit small and had no freezer, nor was there an ice machine in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and provided us with ice from the bistro. It was nice to have a Starbucks in the bistro. The hotel was very nice, clean, with a beautiful view and a helpful staff.

The bathroom was not clean, poop on the fro t of the toilet. The front desk came up with a rag and wiped it off.

Most of the staff were very friendly. The property was very clean for most part. The bistro was not very good. The cleaners did not do a very good job on the metal surfaces, it looked horrible. Like they just sprayed it and let it run down, and never tried to wipe it down.

It was good for my trip to Pocatello, this is hotel is my second favorite, and was about 80 dollars cheaper than my favorite hotel. It’s a decent hotel for the price!

I wish I would have booked directly with the hotel because Expedia was awful to work with in changing dates. BOOK WITH HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR SURE!
