The lady that checked us in, fixed the entire breakfast the following morning and checked us out was Amazing. So kind, helpful and sweet. We forgot something important in our room, the housekeeper returned it to the same lady and she called us immediately and mailed it to our home. Your staff deserve to be commended for their honesty & care.

Amazing staff

This hotel was fantastic! The room was super spacious and nice. The location was right by the interstate and 2 very nice restaurants within walking distance. The pool and hot tub were excellent!
-
Love the location next toJaker’s that has a wonderful happy hour and food 10% off if you show your room key.

We were given a room closer to everything..really needed that after a long drive. The Reception was welcoming. Wonderful people we met gave us info on all the places we could see on the way. Breakfast was also great. Awesome experience. Can't think of any.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff super helpful. Our room was the best and the bedding too. Would definitely recommend!
-
Great property and right off of I15 hwy which made it very convenient on our road trip. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Everyone was VERY nice. I really can't think of anything.

As for the staff, they were very helpful and professional. Breakfast was nice but they didn't have my two favorites. No bacon or biscuits and gravy. They did have sausage and eggs as well as other grab and go options. All and all I would stay there again.

The staff was very nice, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were amazing! There were some things in the rooms that looked old and a little stained, but they were clean. We originally had three people scheduled, so I paid for a room with 2 beds, but one person couldn't make it at the last minute, so we got downgraded to a one bed room, but I still paid the two bed room price.

The hotel seems to be very new, all the appliances were brand new and worked well. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing we weren't too thrilled about was the loud fan in the bathroom which turns on automatically with the light. So, if you have to use the bathroom at night, you either have to do it in the dark or risk waking up everyone else. Would be better to have 2 separate switches. Everything else was perfect.

Came out of town to be with my 16 year granddaughter.. Used the grill and was able to have a beautiful night with her

Towels are in need of replacement. Breakfast was a disappointment. No bread for toast only bagels and English muffins. Only one regular coffee dispenser that kept running out. No fruit when I was eating breakfast. Close to Jaker’s restaurant . Their happy hour menu was sufficient for a reasonably prives supper.

Some staff truly did not care about the guests and simply went through the process of doing next to nothing

I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.

Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. It felt run down and not very clean. There were visible splatters on the floors and walls, dust on surfaces like the tissue box cover, hair on the floor and stuck along the bathroom door trim all the way up. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and even the pool had mold and water damage..ceiling looked like it was gonna cave in. Seems like housekeeping is only doing the bare minimum—changing sheets, replacing towels, and restocking supplies—but not actually cleaning mopping or wiping things down. There was noticeable dust on the lights, table, and headboard. On top of that, the walls are extremely thin. We could hear every door opening and closing, and there was constant noise from the room above us—loud stomping from around 11:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. both nights. We were in town for a soccer tournament with early 7:30 a.m. games, so running on little to no sleep made the stay even more frustrating. To add to it, checkout is listed as noon, but our keys stopped working at 11:54 a.m. while we were still bringing items to the car, leaving us locked out of our room. Overall, while the staff and breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, condition of the room, and noise level made this stay disappointing—especially for the price.
