Room was ok. Bath mat inside bath/shower would have been helpful. Shower and bath were dirty

Always stay when visiting my grandkids. Very clean and well maintained! Large rooms.

Only complaint was it was a long weekend and late night for a baseball tournament and then fireworks for the 4th. Looking forward to sleeping in and relaxing a little bit before we headed home, housekeeping knocked on our door just after 8am to clean the room. And then left their carts outside the door. And each time I made a trip to my vehicle loading belongings they asked if we were done and if they could clean. It wasn’t even 9am yet. Checkout isn’t till 11am. we felt rushed to leave for sure

They did not have clean pillows without feather.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning isn’t that cold. Other than that breakfast was good. The hotel felt safe and clean. Beds were comfy. I’d definitely stay again.

This hotel was suggest by a co-worker who is a Pocatello native and knows the best of everything in town. I stayed twice in two weeks for work travel and would absolutely stay again. The property is conveniently located, updated, and super clean. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had to print something during my stay and called ahead to ask about the printing capabilities. The attendant checked the printer and followed up with another staff member for more information, all of which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast offered a variety of hot/cooked options well beyond the standard fare. I was so glad to return for my second stay after a late flight and drive from Idaho Falls. Knowing that I would have a comfortable stay was reassuring at the end of a long travel day. Thank you and look forward to returning!

Loved the pool. Breakfast was the worst offered anywhere in years, so we didn't like that. Didn't like the way the fellow occupants acted and hogged the grill and pool. But all and all a great place to stay.

There were stains on the sofa and ottoman and shower had mildew stains in the corner

Room was clean, staff was friendly. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as we only stayed one night. We did not find the beds to be very comfortable and they really needed more blankets. The continental breakfast was pretty lackluster. It consisted of a few pastries, waffles, cold cereal and some interesting looking potato wedge things. We ate elsewhere. It was fine for an overnight but for the price I was looking forward to not also buying breakfast.

Super nice property. Front staff very helpful. Offered me discounts to the steakhouse next door. Clean and neat. Worth the extra price.

My stay was short for work travel, but I would have very gladly stayed longer. Friendly, knowledgeable staff offered many options for my super early checkout. The room was clean, spacious, updated, and comfortable. Convenient location near delicious Tuscano’s and easy access to I-15 - which I did not hear at all from my room. Will stay again for sure. Thank you!
