The balcony was locked. We paid extra for that. The pool was closed. AC noisy. Management not responsive. Juice machine broken. Hot breakfast was cold. Only one barely working ice maker. Will file dispute with credit card company. Want full refund! Terrible visit!

The sheets on the beds did not look clean. They were not put the bed well and were wrinkled like they had been slept in.

Very satisfying

Under construction; no pool or bar available.

When we booked we were never informed that they had a remodel going on. Our room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. Just was not expecting a remodel .

We arrived at the hotel at 4am after having car troubles. Check out time was supposed to be at noon. We were very tired and ready to sleep. We were told very rudely that at 3am our status became a no show, and our reservation was deleted, in spite of our already having paid for it and my showing the confirmation of our booking. The rude lady at the desk did say we could book a new room and pay again for the room we had already paid for. Horrible experience and we didn't stay. I would expect Holiday Inn to have better customer service than that.

Halls and rooms torn apart . Hot halls, no Lounge area … we have stayed at this Holiday Inn and always loved it . Understand remodeling , but I went back through Expedia’s information on it And definitely found nothing to warn us Of a total remodel . We got one of the newly remodeled rooms , which was nice , but we were secluded to our room because of construction everywhere. The construction crew was awesome . We would expect a partial refund

very nice rooms, helpful staff, very nice breakfast.

Do not stay here. Expedia charges an exorbitant amount for a property that is 2/3 under construction. Despite what the Expedia app says there is no pool, no fitness room, no laundry. And there is no lobby. Check-in is in an old storeroom. There is no elevator in the wing that is open so if you need one you walk around to the renovation area, and then once on your floor walk all the way back to your room.

Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation during my stay, so I couldn't enjoy any of the facilities! But you can sit under the night sky and enjoy 24-hour tea and coffee while admiring the night view.

As of most of these companies hotels, it was newer well-maintained. The rooms are nice. It’s a clean facility for a quick stay overnight if you’re going to a convention or just a quick through the town. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great.

Major construction work was ongoing but did not impact our stay.

It was a great location, beautiful setting on a hill. The bed was comfortable and the sofa in the room was a plus. If I had known it was under major construction I would never have stayed there. The front desk was inconveniently located far from the parking lot. The wind howled all night through the poorly sealed windows. I felt like I was in a 17th century castle. Breakfast was mediocre. The shower was low pressure. No coffee pot in the room. “You can go to the desk and request one”. Well, when I was awake at 2 am due to the howling wind, I would have liked to have a cup of tea. But couldn’t.

Hotel was clean, currently being updated, and comfortable rooms.

As of April 2026 the hotel is under significant construction. There is little parking. There is no lobby. Hallways consist of plywood and plastic sheeting. There are no amenities. None of this information was offered upon registration. We paid $250 for a *mostly* clean room and nothing else. Very disappointed.
