Late night check in took 45 minutes due to computer issues.

The room was very humid. The bathroom was the worst part. The sink drain barely worked. The tube had soap scum mold around it.
-
Very dated facility but met the need for a place to sleep. Breakfast was horrible but staff were great. The pool was closed for use.

Room was clean. Staff was lovely. Continental breakfast was so awful. Room could use a little updating but wasn’t horrible. Happy it was clean!

Place is under repair at the pool and hot tub, but generally decent. Its rooms a very old but clean.

The pool and hot tub were not working. They did comp me a free appetizer. It is very dated. The good thing is it’s right off the freeway so handy.

Actually, the parking was ok because only a few people were staying in this entire hotel. The Pool and Jacuzzi were closed. The entire hotel looked like it was waiting to be demolished!! The staff were just a bunch of kids that did not give you any confidence and were not professional. The entire hotel seemed dark. Maybe the management strategy is keep the place dimly lit and no one will see the lousy quality of this hotel. The room was nearly dark, even with the few lamps in the room. The furniture was not clean. The TV was a 40inch size so you could not hardly even see it from the couch. The bathroom fixtures were horribly old and dirty. The toilet seat had actually been touched up with paint ! The jets in the jacuzzi tub looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years! At check-out the clerk refunded my up-charge for the suite for the jacuzzi tub (which was not usable, not healthy) and told me her manager does all the maintenance himself. That says it all, nothing professional about this Red Lion Inn! The pictures are all fake in terms of quality! Booking.com - get this hotel OFF YOUR SITE! It is hurting your business. I am losing confidence it your company!!

Pool and Hot tub are closed for the rest of the year. It was listed as available when I booked a few days ago. We had planned on using it. They need to update their listing to not include a pool as it is not available.

Very nice and comfortable for stay

Big rooms. Seems like people live there. Saw alot of people in rooms.
-
The room had a dirty floor, and the tables were clearly not wiped off. So it was not as clean as it should have been. Not just in the room, but throughout the entire hotel. Staff was friendly and informative. Hot tub was completely unavailable, though it looked functioning. They did not have a reason for why the pool and hot tub was closed.

Very accommodating desk clerk. Rooms very nice and spacious. Breakfast was nice.
-
Nice hotel, pool was closed, and the person who checked us i was not very informative or personable.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the room also. Honestly everything was very outdated. Even the tub. They really need to update their hotel. I spent way too much for a mediocre suite. I had problems from the very beginning, I tried to cancel and I couldn't. Staff was very friendly, no problem there.

The property was old, run down and did not smell good. The pool and hot tub were closed. It was cool I wanted a hot bath but they couldn’t find a Stopper for the tub Tiffany at the front desk
-
Pool and Hot Tub out of order - the fan in room 135 is extremely loud. Door by exit - smashed in door - property around the hotel not very clean - Held our 40 year class reunion there for Highland and Poky - Nothing on the reader board

Not real happy with this motel. The hallway floors are filthy, no coffee or cups in room. I had to go to front desk to get coffee on first night then called operator to bring me coffee and cups second night. The rooms were nice though and large. The pool and hot tub were closed even though the motel on the internet said that only the pool was closed, so we thought the hot tub would be open, not. My husband went to get me a cup of coffee one morning a little before 9 am and they closed the door right in front of him. Had to go to a gas station to get another cup. No coffee in the lobby. Will not stay here again.

The staff. The hallway was filthy.... huge hole in a door at the back entrance. The bed was horrible.
