The Property itself was great. Friendly staff and a nice pool, We didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant, but would like to next time. Our only issue was at Check-out. We reserved 2 rooms and they could only find one reservation under my Primary name that I did through Expedia. The guy at the front desk gave me the phone number for Expedia and we learned that they had put the 2nd room under my Daughter's name, It was a quick and easy fix and I have saved the number in my phone in case it happens again. My one suggestion is to Expedia, in the hope that they might make these kind of situations more clear on the way they do the reservation, as to save people from total Panic!

We like staying at this property because of the location and have never really had any issues, but this time the room had ants.

Mold in the bathroom. Tub/shower was ancient - dirty and not sealed. Beds were horrible! Squeaky, soft, and broken - we rolled to the middle. AC worked ok, but super loud and rattling the entire time. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9, but they didn’t refill anything past 830, and locked the doors at exactly 9. No coffee, tea, or water services past 9am. The only reason I gave it two stars is because both check-in and check-out personnel at the front desk were very professional and polite. Parking was fine. The pool/space has tremendous potential.

Staff was awesome . But the other occupants were terribly loud all night slamming doors till 3:00 am . Building is old so its understandable everything isnt perfect . Pool and hot tub are great.

Room was good, just felt a little muggy, maybe because of the pool. But good overall. The workout room could use a little extra equipment.

Nice property. Staff in the evening was very friendly and helpful. I was tired and he was very on point with directions. The gal in the morning at the front desk had her feet up on the counter and she was on her phone twice when I came to ask questions. Probably would encourage them to be more professional.

Rooms are clean. The hotel old , outdated and they do not have enough staff. It was , in its day a very nice hotel, but.not anymore, not worth the money...I also was charged 50 more.than what the booking was.
