The carpet in the room was NASTY!! It left black oily substance on our feet. We had to keep our shoes on. It looked as though it had been flooded. Just dirty

The staff were excellent, efficient, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is old and room needs complete updating. Carpet was disgustingly dirty, room smelled bad.

Close to our family The poll was closed and the kids were upset. We had some ants the first night but a French fry had been dropped and missed during clean up.

Shower was great. Beds were nice and clean Stains on carpet, no drinking water available on 2nd floor

Breakfast was the normal hotel buffet , but the same thing every morning. Nothing new added the staff was very nice , the bed was comfortable for the 3 nights Glad we brought shampoo because they didn't refill it , there was unhoused people out where my husband had to smoke and he was approached for money twice , there was big spider on the wall beside the bed , there morning we checked out that was disturbing and the pool was not available Switch up the breakfast options fill the shampoo and ask the unhoused people to not bother guests or fix a better spot for smokers also the charge for a pet is outrageous, we had two yorkies and they charged me $30 per pet for each night Also this Quality Inn was way way better than the one in Twin Falls Idaho
