Quality Inn Pocatello North

The carpet in the room was NASTY!! It left black oily substance on our feet. We had to keep our shoes on. It looked as though it had been flooded. Just dirty

The staff were excellent, efficient, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is old and room needs complete updating. Carpet was disgustingly dirty, room smelled bad.

Helpful staff, all that is expected for this price stand point(hotel stars) was accomplished.

Ok stay, dirty rooms and was not welcome with my kids and wife and staff was rude.

Tv remote didn’t work. Told staff they said it was a known issue. No resolution.

We love staying there and they take excellent care of us and their facility. I always look forward to it!

Their website claims oversize vehicle parking - not true. We parked on the street with our boat trailer. Pool was closed for maintenance. Carpet in our room (116) needs a cleaning big time. Beds were average at best. On the positive side, the morning crew was nice and the breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes and the usual waffles, etc.

Clean room, quiet ... did not hear through walls or ceiling. Noisy bathroom fan but it worked well. Good location for easy freeway access. One or two restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

The sheets were low quality and wouldn't stay on the bed. The carpet was stained and dirty. Our feet turned black from it. The shower made a high pitched screaming noise every time we used it. The soap dish was sticky when we arrived. The staff was ornery and unhelpful. We tried to keep being pleasant but one man working really seemed miserable, like he wanted to make our day worse. It was odd.

Dirtiest hotelbl we've ever stayed at. Went and got vacuume to vacuume room ourselves and had to have staff change the sheets after checking in. Only stayed one night as passing through, won't make that mistake again.

We always like staying here & my daughter really loves the free cookies they serve at 7pm each evening

The hotel was a bit older, but the room was clean, modern, and in good order. Breakfast was fine - nothing spectacular but good enough for a budget hotel. Great value for the price.

The carpet was so dirty the bottoms of our feet were black walking around. Stains on floor. If we didn’t have a weekend of reservations we would have checked out and found somewhere cleaner.

Everything was just as it should have been. Clean and comfortable.
