They do not have handicapped rooms and no elevator for the 2nd floor. Otherwise, it was okay.

Hotel needed to be updated, especially the bathroom in our room

The pictures online are nothing like the inside. The pictures look a lot nicer, clean and well-kept versus what we actually got. Our room smelled like mildew, we killed some bugs that were crawling on the wall and the bathroom was not very clean. However, we did enjoy the large TV and comfortable bed.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from. The staff was friendly.

Was looking forward to using the hot tub, (why we picked this hotel) only to learn it's been out of order for 2 years. The property was in rough shape, junk everywhere. The room itself was fairly clean. Will not stay here again.

Staff at check in were very snippy. Room was fine.

It was good for the price and clean enough. Not luxury but affordable.

Breakfast was good. The layout of the room did not allow for the bathroom door to be open and the hotel to open. ADA room the water from the shower went everywhere.

Sadly I stayed on a Sunday, and most of Pocatello is closed on Sunday’s. The room had a fusty smell, I was offered a different room but that smelt the same, so I was given air freshener, not sure which was worse, that they needed it, or had it. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Good location, close to everything there is to do in Pocatello. Comfy beds & pillows made for a great nights sleep. Breakfast had lots of hot protein items which is a real treat for a free included meal. Fresh hot cookies at 7:00 pm every night is an extra treat. Best of all was the helpful friendly staff! A great stay and we will be booking again.

They do not have an agreement with a gym.

Air conditioning was great bed was pretty much comfortable, key card would finally let me in after 5 or 7 try. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast sausages were a little hard one day, eggs tasted like water. Only low fat yogurt. coffee was overtly on the stronger side.

It was very nice. Reception friendly but worker talked so fast to get done that hard to follow. Place was clean, had a lot of choices to eat around. The breakfast was very good.

Good location, reasonable price, and spacious room. Nice having a little breakfast at hotel.

I was charged double for my visit. I had went through Hotels.com. The reservation was there and ready. The front desk employee deleted the payment from Expedia. Then asked for the incidental fee. Then recharged the room to my card. The manager said I would have to get a refund from Expedia. They are not responsible for their mistake. At least stand up for your own mistakes!
