Comfort Inn Pomona near Fairplex

The man who checked us in clearly didn’t know what he was doing- it took 15-20 mins to checkin. He asked how I wanted to pay. I had prepaid. He asked for a phone number; already provided. Had to ring someone for assistance before finalising. Had to be asked to provide a second key ( it wasn’t offered). Acknowledge that someone takes time to learn the job. However, if they are not competent , they should not be left unsupervised Room TV didn’t work Damaged lamp light fitting curtains didn’t close over a light curtain so room wasn’t darkened Unable to adjust shower temperature or run a bath Windows and screens were filthy Amenities Lift permit expires on 28 July 2026 Room key did not open rear access door Guava juice dispenser dispensed water not guava juice. 3rd floor hallway smelt musty

The AC in the room couldn't keep up with how hot it was inside the room. It did ok overnight thankfully. Room looked in bad shape. Holes in the walls, dirty looking carpet, it just felt gross enough to not want to take a shower. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Wanted us to pay in cash - which was very suspicious and wanted to charge us $30 more the night as I had made reservation. Difficult to understand staff which just made it more frustrating. The carpet was wet had to wear shoes inside the room and to top it off the AC was not working properly so we were stuck in a room that made me sick cause of the smoke smell. We will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible stay. Firstly, they had the clerk at the front desk not be able to communicate in English. Secondly, the room had flickering lights. It is far from clean. The breakfast eggs tasted like they were from a box. The area is sketchy and not close to Fairplex. I would never stay here again and advise anyone not to. Had someone working on my home last minute and needed somewhere to stay for a night. Biggest regret.

It was kind of clean. The breakfast was just OK. It looked as if decorative furnishings were removed. The room was very “bare boned”. The pictures on Hotels.com looked so much better than the room actually looked. There seemed to be a large unhoused population in the area. Even with the fantastic price, I will not stay here again. Staff and parking were good.

The checkin manager was unable to process our reservation and did not provide a room. My husband had to leave the property to find another hotel room. However, there were 2 charges on our American Express credit card for the room rate. Please reverse these charges.

Service was professional and the room were clean.

The carpet is in terrible shape dirty , looked like grease , dark spots and the shower head bad water dispenser curtains on windows bad shape....

The first night I arrived I was given the worst room that was un sleep able. For anyone to sleep in. I am still waiting for a refund!!! After the 2nd day I was given a cleaner room but still uncomfortable.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff members were not wearing name tags or professional clothing, and the lobby was dirty, unpleasant, and unsightly. I received the key for room #302. I was traveling with my husband and our two children. When we entered the room, we discovered that it had not been cleaned, and we heard voices, which led us to realize that a couple was engaging in sexual activity inside the room, exposing both of my kids to the scene. We went to speak with the front desk staff, and the man kept apologizing but said he could do nothing and needed to contact the manager while I was simply asking for a refund.

There were dead roaches in the breakfast area on the floor. We barely touch our food and left immediately.

Dirty furniture. Dirty rugs. Perimeter doors propped open during the day.

No microwave, roaches, and over poor quality of the rooms
