Terrible stay. Firstly, they had the clerk at the front desk not be able to communicate in English. Secondly, the room had flickering lights. It is far from clean. The breakfast eggs tasted like they were from a box. The area is sketchy and not close to Fairplex. I would never stay here again and advise anyone not to. Had someone working on my home last minute and needed somewhere to stay for a night. Biggest regret.

It was kind of clean. The breakfast was just OK. It looked as if decorative furnishings were removed. The room was very “bare boned”. The pictures on Hotels.com looked so much better than the room actually looked. There seemed to be a large unhoused population in the area. Even with the fantastic price, I will not stay here again. Staff and parking were good.

The checkin manager was unable to process our reservation and did not provide a room. My husband had to leave the property to find another hotel room. However, there were 2 charges on our American Express credit card for the room rate. Please reverse these charges.

Service was professional and the room were clean.

The carpet is in terrible shape dirty , looked like grease , dark spots and the shower head bad water dispenser curtains on windows bad shape....

Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff members were not wearing name tags or professional clothing, and the lobby was dirty, unpleasant, and unsightly. I received the key for room #302. I was traveling with my husband and our two children. When we entered the room, we discovered that it had not been cleaned, and we heard voices, which led us to realize that a couple was engaging in sexual activity inside the room, exposing both of my kids to the scene. We went to speak with the front desk staff, and the man kept apologizing but said he could do nothing and needed to contact the manager while I was simply asking for a refund.

There were dead roaches in the breakfast area on the floor. We barely touch our food and left immediately.

Dirty furniture. Dirty rugs. Perimeter doors propped open during the day.

No microwave, roaches, and over poor quality of the rooms

Price was reasonable, rooms were nice, staff was good.

Horrible. Staff is horrible everything in our room was dusty and there were already damaged items and they told us that they would charge $100 if something was damaged, it’s like a scam nobody wanted to check the room out when we told them that there were already damaged items the staff, the hotel in general

Called to confirm room prior to me ordering and it was night mare had to pay again

Staff was responsive to needs. Traffic was loud and single paned windows let a/c out. Soda Vending machine was not working during my stay. It was a decent stay but there are improvements that can be made for sure.

Spend the extra money and don’t sleep here unless you want to sleep in a cheap motel wannabe. I am not exaggerating!!!

I wanted to work remotely during my stay while I wait to transfer for my other accomodation. The place isn't very friendly for this purpose. My main issue was the wifi, it looks like their router is situated in the ground floor with no boosters in the third floor which is where I was placed in. Even just browsing, the signal would cut-off every 15 min or so, the signal strength was extremely inconsistent. Remote work is not possible in the room with constant loss of signals. This was kinda disappointing as the room had a desk advertised which I booked specifically and I took this as suitable for travelling working professionals. However, it was not. The other option is to stay in the lobby which has no AC or desks even though the front desk person tried to convice me it had desks. There were just seats and is quite inadequate as a work space with the heat of the summer plus mosquitos around since the parking doors are kept open. The room itself felt clean, no complaints. You can tell it is aged but otherwise fine for the stay. It is a little odd to offer a coffee maker without cups though. Also, note that the AC is super loud if you are sensitive to noise.

Property was perfect

The rooms were kept clean and the staff was very professional. The room amenities (television, furniture, etc.) were dated and in some cases, missing. This needs to be improved.
