I’m glad I took my Lysol wipes and cleaned. Our room face the freeway. If you are a slight sleeper. It’s not good. You can hear the cars.

None, the stay was fine /- I recommend anyone to stay at the hotel

Placed in a great location., and the layout is very easy to follow. Nothing, I didn’t like about it.

Overall the hotel was fine, however, the freeway side is extremely noisy. I would only stay here again if I receive a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Filthy room. Beautiful, newer, hotel but room poorly maintained. My feet were black from walking around the room, every time I turned on the bathroom water a very strong stench of sewer came up, toilet had been not cleaned and there were pubes on the seat and poop marks inside the bowl, pillows were horribly old and beat up, plus not enough of them, took hours to figure out how to use the television. Even from maintenance. Bad was hard. You'd think a lovely hotel would be their first investment for sleep quality. Its not in a relaxing area, shopping center and houses and the freeway. I believe its utilized by alot of working travelers. It was 90 out and for some reason there was heat blasting in the hallway, which kept the rooms warm and the air in the room was horrible! I didnt get a wink of sleep.

Very welcoming staff. The room and the hotel itself were very clean. There was plenty of do. I also believed it was a great place to rest. 10\10 from me!

Most staff were exceptional. Like Miriam for example. She was running the bar and restaurant when we were there and was so pleasant and so accommodating! On the other hand, Elena at the front desk could barely be bothered while we're checking in. No smile, no welcome. Maybe she was having a bad day. I tried making small talk but it was no use. She looked at us like we didnt belong there. It just wasn't the welcome I'm accustomed to when I stay at various locations for business. But perhaps she was having a bad day. She kept looking at her phone.

The room was nice and cool and clean for the most part. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was solid. The bathroom had a large clump of hair on the floor when we got there and our towels never got replaced. Breakfast was not complementary and not even the water bottles in the room were complementary.The beds were not the best comfort wise.

A very comfortable and well-maintained hotel. Lovely staff. Spacious room. Would absolutely stay again. (Only hitch was the bed could have been newer...this one was past its prime, but not uncomfortable. Just a little worn for a property this nice.)

The hotel is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the parking was free and safe! This is definitely a hotel I would return to!

Convenient location right off the freeway, friendly staff. The beds were not comfortable. We arrived late and got a disability room, so not sure if they were different than other rooms. One bed had a big divet on the side, so I had to sleep on one side of the bed, the mattress felt cheap and hard and the pillows were lumpy, as if full of cut up foam.

We travel quite a bit between Phx & San Francisco. This is a great mid-point in Pomona. We have stayed here several times, found it very clean, comfortable and near the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We are disappointed that this hotel charges for breakfasts. As a Hilton Honors member even, you would figure a discount or voucher would be given.

We booked 3 rooms because we were a party of 8 and guest services said we could have our rooms together on same floor and when the other 4 people checked in we had to get different rooms on different floors.

Great location with many stores around it. No security for our vehicles.

That being said, the facility is clean. The made to order breakfast was very nice.

The breakfast was ok however the chairs at the breakfast table were filthy (they only need to be cleaned). The staff were very professional and kind. The dirty chairs at breakfast and the fact that the room is only made up and serviced every other day. For example there are 2 coffees left in the room for 2 people for 2 days.
