Sheets in our room were wrinkled and didn't appear fresh. Clock was not set to the current time.

I was under the impression that the property provided coffee in the morning from 6am to 10 am. However, 1 day no coffee available at 8 am, 2 days hot water was not provided. This morning, I checked for coffee around 6:05 AM but was not available. 😬

It is a very nice property and I hope my experience was the exception and not the rule. I called the front requested extra towels and they never came. The a/c in the room stopped working in the middle of the night and it was extremely hot in the room which made it impossible to sleep. When I spoke to the staff about it there was just a forgetful sorry and moved on. I was only there one night and because I made this trip often I was thinking this would be my hotel of choice, however, this was definitely disappointing because of the poor customer service.

I loved to stay there, but only downside was about staffs. I was trying to extend one more night at the front desk, but they asked me to book through online. As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I understand why they gave that answer, but it felt like they were simply putting the matter off when there were actually ways to handle it. It may be a small thing, but I wish the staff had taken a more proactive approach.

Like another reviewer mentioned unsure of these..clean, well maintained, comfortable beds. Seems like a newer hotel which I appreciated. The gym was nice as well. Starbucks in walking distance (plus)!
